Part 1: The Tension in the Mansion
A few moments later, Elena’s hands trembled with uncontrollable rage. She began throwing things across the room, her composure completely shattered.
Kai entered the room and tried to intervene. "Mom, please! Calm down."
"Calm down?" Elena shrieked, her eyes burning. "How can you ask me to calm down? Mary ruined years of my hard work in a single minute! How did she get here? You promised me! You said you had 'finished' her, so how is she back? And to make matters worse, she’s with David. Do you even realize what it means to have David by her side? Do you know how dangerous he is?"
Kai’s expression hardened. "Mom, please. I know who David is, but I also know Mary. She’s nothing more than a fragile, ordinary girl. Watch and learn—I’ll throw her out of here myself."
Part 2: A Brutal Warning
Kai stormed out, heading straight to the floor where David resided. He bypassed the digital security gate with a smirk and entered the room without permission. Mary was standing by the window, silently watching the moon.
"Welcome to my room, brother-in-law," Mary said, not even turning around.
Kai sneered, "Oh wow, you sensed my arrival? Even after everything, you’re still so affectionate. Not bad, Mary."
Mary turned slowly, her gaze ice-cold. "Wrong word. Don't call me Mary. Call me Mrs. Mary David William. I am your sister-in-law."
Kai let out a mocking laugh. "Come on, 'Mary David William.' That name doesn't suit you at all. Trash like you doesn't belong in such a grand mansion."
Mary calmly walked over to the sofa and sat down. "If you know that, then why are you still here? Leave."
Kai’s face twisted with rage. "Don't push your luck, or you’ll remember exactly how cruel I can be."
Mary rose gracefully and walked toward the table, reaching for a bottle of wine. Kai stepped closer, his voice dripping with condescension. "And if you think using David as a shield will get you what you want, forget it. I rejected you because you lacked that 'spark.' It would be best for you to leave before I force you out again. You remember how that went, don't you?"
Mary’s grip tightened on the bottle. She spoke softly, "I remember everything. But now, it’s my turn. You’ll remember exactly who you're standing in front of."
In a flash, Mary swung the bottle, smashing it against Kai’s head. Glass shattered everywhere. Kai collapsed onto the sofa, clutching his bleeding head in shock. Before he could react, Mary pressed a jagged shard of glass against his throat.
Her voice was low, dangerous, and eerily calm. "Remember this, my dear brother-in-law. This is my way. And this is just the beginning. Now get out. Because if my husband walks through that door right now, you won't be walking out of here on your own two feet. Get out!"
Terrified, Kai scrambled away, clutching his head, and fled the room. Mary threw the glass shard to the floor with a disdainful look.
Part 3: The Master Plan
It was 2:00 AM. David stood in his room, wine glass in hand, lost in deep thought. His manager entered, looking nervous. "Master, Miss Mary... I mean, Mrs. Mary William, is not in her room."
David didn't even look back, his eyes fixed on the darkness outside. "I know. She’s not in the mansion."
"Sir, you knew? Then why didn't you stop her? Where is she?"
David walked to the window. "She is exactly where she needs to be. You remember what happened to her, don't you?"
The manager sighed. "Sir, what happened was a tragedy, but I still don't understand—why her? Why choose her for this mission? Can she really pull this off, or will she break halfway?"
David’s voice was firm. "She will never fail. Because now, she is no longer just Mary; she is Mary William. And as for why I chose her... you know as well as I do: when a woman is fueled by revenge, even the devil falls to his knees before her. What are Kai and Elena William compared to that?"
Part 4: The Ruined Home
A car screeched to a halt in front of a charred, derelict house. Mary stepped out, still wearing her wedding gown. Her hands trembled as she touched the rusted, burnt gate.
This was the home she had shared with her grandfather. Everything—the walls, the memories—was reduced to ash. She moved like a ghost, her legs feeling heavy. She walked toward a wall where a single photograph remained—a picture of her grandfather. She lit a candle in front of it and sank to her knees, tears streaming down her face.
"Look, Grandpa... your Mary is married now," she whispered, her voice breaking. "Don't I look good in this white gown? Tell me, am I not your doll? You always wanted to see me in this dress, didn't you? So why aren't you here? Hold my hand, Grandpa. Please, just hug me one last time. I’m so alone... I can’t do this anymore. Please come back." i really need you Grandpa pleass just once I need to see you hug you feel you your my whole world after mom dad i only know you please just onece .
