Chapter Four

They were determined to capture or kill Alex at any cost, and they were well-armed and prepared.

In the intensity of the fight, Elise saw an open door and took it. Knowing that they needed to get as far away from the hunters as possible, she grabbed Alex and fled.

Elise led them as they sped through the woods. She had sharper senses and could hear the hunters approaching them. However, she did not give up. She was determined to shield Alex from harm, no matter what.

They finally arrived at a clearing after what seemed like hours. While Elise was aware that they needed to stop and rest, she was also aware that they were not yet safe. They could be anywhere as the hunters continued to pursue them.

Elise caught a distant sound as they took a breather. They were getting closer when the sound of footsteps approaching became apparent. She strained, prepared to protect Alex by and by.

However, to her surprise, a group of werewolves had discovered them instead of the hunters. They had been sent by Elise's dad to take her back to the pack.

Elise was divided. She wanted to be with Alex in addition to loving her father and the pack. She was aware that she had to make a difficult choice that would have significant repercussions.

She realized what she needed to do as she looked into Alex's eyes. She took his hand and informed him that although she would be returning with the pack, she would never forget him or the love they shared.

Despite his grief, Alex understood. He realize that Elise had an obligation to her pack and that she was unable to disregard it. They said their farewells, and Elise left, back to her previous lifestyle.

Elise was certain that she had made the right choice as soon as she saw her pack again. She had discovered that affection was not generally enough, and that occasionally, obligation and obligation needed to start things out.

But she also knew that Alex and her love would always be in her heart. No matter where she went in life, she was aware that he would always be a part of her. What's more, that gave her solace, as she settled once again into her existence with the pack.

Not until she figured out she was pregnant after certain weeks

Elise was stunned when she figured out that she was pregnant. She had believed that her time with Alex was over, but she is now growing a part of him inside of her.

She wasn't sure what to do at first. She was torn between her duty to the pack and her love for Alex. However, as the weeks passed, she became aware that she needed to tell someone.

She told the truth to her father when she went to him. He was initially enraged and disappointed, but he eventually softened. He trusted Elise to make the right choices because he knew she was a powerful and capable werewolf.

They came up with a strategy together. Elise would leave the pack and self-isolate, where she could have her child in wellbeing. Her dad would assist her with the assets she wanted, and he would maintain her mystery protected from different werewolves.

Elise knew she had made the right choice and thanked her father for his assistance. In order to concentrate on her pregnancy and the future, she left the group and went into hiding.

Months went by, and Elise brought forth a solid child kid. She named him Alex junior, after the man she had cherished and lost. She realize that he could never meet his dad, however she likewise realize that he would constantly convey a piece of him inside him.

Elise was certain that she had made the right choice as she held her son in her arms. She had chosen love over duty, and the result was a beautiful son.

She also knew that she had a bright future ahead of her despite the fact that her life would never be the same again. She had a son, and her father and the pack loved and supported her.

As she looked down at her sleeping infant, she smiled. She was aware that the new life she had established and the love she had shared with Alex would always be grateful to her.

However, despite Elise's desire to hide from her baby, she was aware that she would eventually have to face the results of her actions. She couldn't stay hidden for long.

Elise made the decision to bring her son back to the pack after hiding for a number of months. She realize that it would be troublesome, yet she likewise realize that she needed to confront the pack and the one who had sold out her.

She could feel the other werewolves' eyes on her as she carried her son into the territory of the pack. While others looked at her with disdain, some looked at her with curiosity.

She went up to Marcus, the pack's alpha, her father. She said, her voice steady, "I know what I've done, and I'm ready to face the consequences."

Her dad ventured forward and put a hand on her shoulder. " You have always been a powerful and capable werewolf, Elise. Even if they were difficult, we knew you would make the right choices."

Marcus looked suspiciously at her. What about the human, as well? What took place to him?"

Elise took a full breath. " He has left. When I needed him the most, he left me."

"Marcus scoffed. What about the infant, too? What are your plans for him?"

Elise held up her child. " Alex, my son, is here. I will care for him because he is mine to take care of."

After a brief moment of silence, Marcus nodded. Very good. You can remain with the pack, however there will be ramifications for your activities. You will not be permitted to conceive or mate again."

Knowing that this was a just punishment, Elise nodded. She would have to live with the results of her decision because she had made it.

As she settled once again into existence with the pack, Elise realize that things could never go back. But she also knew that all she needed to move forward was her son and the love of her family. She had picked love over obligation, and she was happy with her choice.

A while passed, and Elise had sunk into another everyday practice with her child Alex. Despite the fact that she had accepted the pack's punishment, she was still haunted by the human man she had fallen in love with. She wondered what had transpired with him and whether he had ever considered her or their son.

She felt something strange one night while patrolling the forest. Despite being similar to the man she had fallen in love with, it lacked a human scent. She warily followed the fragrance, her heart beating with dread and energy.

She saw a man standing in the middle of a clearing as she got closer to it. He had piercing blue eyes, dark hair, and was tall and muscular. She knew he was dangerous because of the predatory smile on his face.

His low, threatening voice said, "Hello, little wolf."

He came forward while Elise retreated. Have no fear. I won't hurt you right now.

"With her teeth showing, Elise growled." What would you like?"

"The man laughed. I need you, my dear. You and your human infant."

Her heart stopped. How was he aware of her son? Did he collaborate with the hunters? She was aware of her obligation to safeguard her son at all costs.

She snarled, "Stay away from me and my son."

Elise prepared to attack as the man got closer. However, she experienced a sharp pain in her leg at once. She peered down and saw that he had shot her with a sedative dart.

She tried to fight it, but the medication worked quickly. She fell to the ground, her vision becoming blurry. The man hunched down next to her, a horrible grin all over.

"Little wolf, don't worry. I have significant objectives for you and your son."

He then took Elise by the hand and carried her away into the night.

When Elise awoke, she was in a strange room and had no idea how she got there. She made an effort to get up, but she discovered that she was chained to the wall. When she realized she was stuck, she started to panic.

Unexpectedly, the entryway opened and the man from the woods strolled in. She could see the madness in his eyes as he smiled at her.

His voice was sickeningly sweet, and he said, "Good morning, my little wolf." How are you feeling?"

With her teeth showing, Elise growled at him. " Let me go, you beast."

The man chuckled. Gracious, I have to take a hard pass. Clearly, I have significant objectives for you and your son. You will be my tool in the creation of a wolf-human hybrid army. We won't be able to stop."

Elise's temperature dropped. She was aware that he was insane and would do anything to achieve his objectives. She had to find a way out of this madman's clutches and save her son.

Throughout the following couple of weeks, Elise plotted and arranged, utilizing every last bit of her werewolf senses to attempt to break liberated from her chains. She trained her senses to spot any flaws in her captors' defenses by silently shifting her form.

Finally, the chance presented itself. Elise was able to free herself from her chains and transform into her wolf form after the man had left the room unguarded for a short time. Using her enhanced senses, she jumped out of the window and ran as fast as she could through the forest to avoid her pursuers.

Until she reached the safety of her pack's territory, she continued to run. She gave up because she was so tired, but she knew she had to tell them about the man's plans.

Her story horrified the pack, which immediately mobilized to eliminate the man and his organization. Using all of her abilities and knowledge to assist her packmates, Elise joined the fight.

Eventually, they were effective. The man was taken into custody, and his group was destroyed. Elise and her child were at long last free, and they had the option to begin another coexistence.

Elise knew that she had made the right decision by following her heart and protecting her son at all costs, despite the difficult journey. She had demonstrated that love and determination can triumph over even the most formidable obstacles in the face of danger and adversity.
