Trishal’s POV
We stood like this for a while and I still couldn't relax my body enough.
I heard him chuckle, which made me realize I had my legs wrapped around his waist. Then he walked back to the big bed I had wanted to lie on since the first time I laid eyes on it.
"I know," he said, his voice filled with excitement. I immediately felt embarrassed.
He lay down beside me and tucked me into his side, so this time I was the one with my face in the curve of his neck.
"When will you stop rummaging through my mind?"
I looked up to see him frown. He glanced down at me, and I realised how close our lips were, almost touching.
My heart began to beat fast, like a cornered rabbit.
"Rummaging through your head is not the right way to put it," he replied in a gruff voice.
