Chapter 5: A call from home

1517 Words
Jennifer’s P.O.V Breakfast with the triplets seemed to be a little more fun and entertaining than I had originally wanted to admit. After they left, I went ahead to go shower and get ready for work. I turned the shower on a nice hot setting and went in. As I was standing under the showerhead having nice warm water penetrate my cold body, I found myself getting lost in thought; those ice-blue eyes, big muscles … oh the wonders those hands would do roaming all over my body, those full lips kissing mine … NO! Focus Jennifer, focus! Get those thoughts out of your head! I quickly snapped myself back into reality to finish showering and get ready for the day’s work ahead. After my shower, I wrapped myself up in my fluffy towel and went back to my room to choose my outfit for the day. As I was digging through my closet, I heard my Skype ringtone on the laptop. I quickly rushed over to see it was my sister calling from South Africa. I smiled to myself as I answered, “Hey there stranger!”. “Hey you! I missed seeing your face weirdo!!” Charlie screamed through the screen. I just couldn’t help but laugh at that. “Yeah, I must say, I almost forgot how annoying your voice could be! But you know I love you” I joked back. “Yeah yeah, so how’re things going on your side? You busy getting ready for work?” Charlie questioned, pointing out to me, still sitting wrapped up in a towel. “Yip! I just got out of the shower, most probably going to get dressed soon and head out to work” I said with a sigh. Charlie looked at me questioningly, “What? Has your new life got no time for breakfast before work? As far as I can remember, you are such a foody, you always ate us out of the house!” I gave a little nervous giggle while Charlie raised a questioning eyebrow at me – “Well out with it”, I knew I had no way out of her demand. Now is a good time to explain everything to her while getting dressed and ready for work. “Well – I have met a certain someone or someone, I don’t know how to explain it. So, there are these triplets. I saw them the other morning when I went to get coffee before work at our local coffee place. Charlie – I don’t know what about them, but I feel drawn to them in a way that I can’t explain. Like I find myself thinking of them constantly. Anyway, they arrived here at my house to return my coat I forgot at the coffee place – that’s how I officially met them. Yesterday, I bumped into them at the supermarket. They gave me a ride home and I invited them in for coffee and before we knew it, it was way past late and I got tired. As they left, they gave me kisses on the cheeks and my forehead. It’s weird, isn’t it?” I elaborated as I was watching Charlie looking at me with a smirk on her face. I chose to ignore it and further explain what happened this morning. “Anyway, this morning I was rudely woken up by a knock on the door at 05:30 am. As I opened the door slightly, I saw the triplets outside. Charlie, it’s not normal to receive guests so early! They brought me coffee and breakfast since I did not have dinner the night before. It’s sweet if you kind of think about it, but I don’t know… is it normal to feel attracted to the three of them?” I just looked at Charlie wanting my bigger sister to just give me an answer, who was just smirking at me. Then her answer came, and I was blown away and left speechless – “Well Jennifer, Girl likes boy, or in your case, boys, Boys like girl … S*X!” She enthusiastically yelled, clapping her hands together. I have never been so embarrassed by a statement that Charlie made. I was still rendered speechless. Charlie just laughed at my reaction. “Oh, come on Jen! Don’t tell me the thought of three pairs of hands roaming all over your curves, three strong men holding and kissing you, making you have or**sm after or**sm. Girl, live a little and embrace it! What are you scared of? Or should I come over there and kick your ass six ways to Sunday and then back to those three men???” I just had to laugh now. “To be honest Charlie, I have thought about it. But I’m scared of what people will think of it all. I mean come on … one woman, three men – it just doesn’t sound right, but I can’t help but feel a little on fire when I think of them or when they are with me.” I saw Charlie’s husband enter the room and we made quick work of changing the topic. “Jen, I have to go now and get the kids ready for bed. Please think about what I said, you have nothing to lose and just embrace what is happening. Maybe you will even end up liking it! I’ll call you again tomorrow night sweetie. Enjoy the day at work!” After I said goodbye to Charlie, I quickly put on my boots and ran downstairs to get my handbag and rushed out of the house, locking it. “F###ing Charlie!” I mumbled to myself as I rushed to my car to go to work. *** Luckily, the day went by quickly, seeing as I was stuck in meeting after meeting. After my final meeting, I exited the boardroom and went to my desk to pack up and head home. Charlie’s words rang through my head the whole day and I couldn’t stop thinking of maybe exploring the possibility of it being okay to date triplets. Once I left the office and got home, I opted to go for a jog, seeing that I had missed my jog session this morning. As I left the house, I started my jog towards the forest. Maybe this jog will help to clear my head and help me decide regarding the triplets. As my mind was running around, I didn’t even notice the tree in front of me until it was too late. I crashed into the tree face first and fell to the ground. As I laid there on the ground, just staring up to the skies, I heard voices of men coming in my direction. I quickly sat up against the tree to hide my embarrassing moment of crashing into the tree and just making it look like I was taking a little break. I heard their voices approach me and, sure enough, they were revealed to be Jason, John, and Jarrod. “Hey you!” Jarrod said with a big smile on his face, clearly excited about seeing me. “Are you okay?? Your nose is bleeding?” Jason asked, quickly taking off his shirt to help me with my nose. Oh, my goodness hatter! THOSE ABS!!! “Uhm, yeah, I just wasn’t focussing on where I was going, and the tree greeted me,” I said, looking down at the ground trying to hide my embarrassment. “Come on starshine, let’s get you up and get you home,” Jason said, quickly helping me up and holding me tightly to him while I steadied my legs. “I’m fine, really don’t worry about me. I can get home, it’s not that far”. I started to protest only to see Jarrod and John already walking towards my house. Signing, I followed along with Jason as I listened to Jarrod and John arguing about who’s the fastest. As we got to my house, we stepped onto the back porch, as I dug through the couch’s cushions looking for my house keys. As I opened the door, I thanked the guys for walking me home, only wanting to get into the shower and bed as I felt a headache brewing in my head. As I started to greet them, I went to hug Jason goodbye first. As our bodies got closer to each other, Jason huffed, and I looked up to him, looking straight into his eyes. Suddenly, Jason’s lips crashed into mine in a steamy kiss. I couldn’t help but melt into him. As his hand moved into my hair, I moaned, and he took the opportunity to move his tongue into my mouth. This kiss was like nothing I had ever experienced before, and it felt so good that I didn’t want to stop. Jason moved our bodies so that I was pressed against the wall. I quickly pulled away, having my lungs needing air. I was breathing quickly and then I felt it… the sudden wetness pooling between my legs.
