"Hey! You take longer in the shower than I do! And I'm usually the one using up all the hot water!" Domonique shouted from the other side of the door. I rolled my eyes as I was busy finishing getting dressed.
I walked out of the bathroom and saw Domonique lying down on the bed, scrolling through her phone. "Eventually! Goddess, how long do you take to shower!" She said. I rolled my eyes, causing her to laugh at me.
"I'm ready now if you want to go! Let's get this torturing shopping trip finished already!" I said, hanging my head in defeat as we walked out of the apartment. I knew this was going to be one grueling day ahead of me. I was never one for the whole shopping thing, but knowing that Domonique was the tag-along, I knew it was going to feel like a 100-hour day.
