It's been two days since Jennifer's attempt to get away from everything. I noticed she had her own little routine. She would get up in the mornings, take a shower, and change into a different set of pajamas before going to sit on the balcony. She would just stare out into the open for a few hours before coming back inside to sleep, wake up and read a book, then sleep again. Jennifer hasn't spoken a word to anyone ever since that night. She was due to start in the office yesterday. We luckily managed to get her starting date postponed by two weeks. After explaining to Mr. Dickenson about her miscarriage, he was understanding and gave Jennifer the grace to take two weeks.
