Emily’s POV
I couldn’t wait for the weekend.
Aside from the emotional pressure that was building inside of me, I was drop-dead tired and was eagerly anticipating the weekend. We were having difficulty with our technical team so stopped for a break.
“Jack,” Norah’s voice rang out as she brushed past me and went to meet Jack. My heart cringed with pain, I wondered if things were going to change for me and Jack and I couldn’t bear to face him either as I didn’t trust my emotions.
“Hey baby, did you miss mommy?” I heard Norah gushing out and I wondered if she and Jack were back together.
“Guys, meet, Tamara, my pride and my joy of motherhood,” Norah gushed on.
