Astrid sat in the great hall with a full tankard of ale in front of her, without having downed a bit of the brew in the couple of hours she'd been sitting there. Astrid couldn't get her response to Vevina's blatant query for her to make love to her wife out of her mind. But then, she supposed she'd been out of her mind for answering her as she had. "In time."
