This takes place in the winter/spring of 2003. We’ve seen Theo’s POV of this in Foolish Me, and Michael Shaw’s POV in Where Have You Been, Willie Boy? To avoid confusion by something Wills says in the next story, I’m offering his POV. The title is from the Karen Carpenter song, “Goodbye to Love.” Tracy, Tim Mead, and Gail helped with this story. However, any errors are solely mine, because I couldn’t resist fiddling.
