Chapter Four

Ryan arrived home and meet Ava rushed to him and pick his jacket, the jacket dropped on the floor. He then realized it was his illusion.
“She didn't come back”. Ryan angrily lay down on the couch. “But why I'm I not happy at all?” He asked himself.
Ryan slept off and saw Ava in his dream drenched with blood all over her. He called her name in the dream. “Ava!!”
She answered. “Lee Ryan. I don't love you anymore.”
He woke up and realized it's was a nightmare. Ryan check Ava's chat on his phone to see if she had send him a message.
“It should be long enough now, I'll give her chance to apologize tomorrow.” Ryan confidently said.
The next morning Ryan went to meet Ava at the agreed location for the divorce formalities. She arrived earlier than him. He saw her standing outside and recall the day of their wedding.
“When did she loose so much weight?” He asked himself. He meet her and said.
“Ava. You still doesn't admit your mistake.”
Ava pretends to not know what he is talking about. “Ryan. I'm sorry for delaying your work hour. Let's go inside.”
Ryan realized Ava has made up her mind and there is no turning back for her. “Do not regret it.” Ryan said angrily
Ava said she doesn't know if she will regret it or not buh she is very tired of the humiliations and also very disappointed in him.
“Please sign after the cooling off period. See you next month, take care of yourself.” Ava left him.
Ryan standing puzzled and unhappy “is this feeling liberation? At least I will no longer be ridiculed by people for having such a disabled wife.”
Ryan call someone on the phone and ask him to acquire Theo's enterprise right away.

TV/BREAKING NEWS
(Lee Group held a press conference and announced the successful acquisition of Theo Enterprise.)
Ava sitting on a resturant watching the news, her phone rings* “hey mom,”
“It's over, it's all over. It's all your fault Ava. Where are you now, you jerk. You father had a car accident when you got married and now you have divorced. Do you want to push the Theo family to a dead end? You good for nothing child. I shouldn't have given birth to you in the first place. You should have died…” Mrs Theo shouting and scolding Ava.
Ava dropped the call but has already been drenched with tears. She pretends as if everything is okay putting on a strong face.
Two girls sitting in the resturant start to gossip.
“Wow!!! Lee Ryan is so handsome but he's married. If I remember correctly, it was the earliest lady of the Theo family.” The first girl said.
“Business marriage, you forgot? Three years ago when they got married, Lee Ryan left the bride alone. That's hilarious.” The second girl said.
“That's so poor. Ryan still has his first love Delilah in his heart. Rowan and Ryan all favour Delilah.”
Listening to all the gossips, Ava said “ Ryan you are so cruel. My father's last effort on earth has also been destroyed completely by you. I hate you!!!”

(Ryan's office)
“Ryan. This cooperation is very smooth. Three years ago, the Theo family cheated you on marriage. Now they deserve it.” Rowan said…
Ryan is quiet…..
Rowan asked if Ava has bothered him recently, but Ryan replied nope.
Rowan:: “I heard the mother and brother are looking for her everywhere, she might be hiding plotting something bad..”
Ryan suddenly got upset
“get out!!!!”
Rowan went out and called someone on the phone and asked if he has known the whereabout of Ava
(Yes. She is hiding in a small hotel in the east.)
“Delilah said Ava is still harassing Ryan. It seems she doesn't really want to divorce, I will have to give her a good warning.” Rowan said.
Ryan checked his chat but didn't receive any message from Ava.
“This woman hasn't ask of me for this long.”
Ryan began to be worried but his pride still won't let him accept he has had feelings for Ava.

Ava is walking on the street, a car drove towards her and almost hit her. Rowan came out of the car and said
“Little deaf, you've now grown up, you don't even greet me again, you were doing it consistently but now what happened?”
“From hence I won't.” Ava tries to walk out of Rowan.
She hold her back and ask what trick she is trying to play
“Let go of me!! I don't understand what you are saying.” Ava shouted.
She pushed her to the floor. “Don't think because you are disabled, you can bully Delilah. Behind her there is Me, Mrs Lee and Ryan, she is a soon to be Lee's family bride. You compared to her, you are not even better than her hair.”
Ava feeling disheartened ask “Why?”
“If you have any dignity left, stop interfering on Delilah and Ryan's affairs.” He left her walk to his car.
Ava Crying on the floor recall how she save Rowan and Mrs Lee from the accident three years ago.
*Flashbacks*
“Hang in there, someone will come and help us.” She said to the dying Rowan.
“Hello is this the emergency number 112? There's a car accident here.”
Rowan used his last breath to thank Ava and said if he survive, he will definitely pay her back in the future. And he fainted.
Ava said she is not expecting any repayment from him.
*Flashbacks end*
I saved you but why are you treating me this way?
Rowan called the Theo family and gives them Ava's location.
“I've tried hard to leave Ryan, trying my best to avoid you all, I just want to be alone before I become deaf. Why can't I have even this little happiness. Why is that?”

Immediately Ava opened the door, someone hit her to the floor…
