CHAPTER 3

"Wow! Amoy palang mukhang masarap na ah."

"Syempre, kami ata ni tita ang gumawa nyan kaya the best yan."

"Eh masarap naman talaga magluto si mommy, ewan ko lang sayo."

"Grabe ka sakin kuya, may I remind you na paborito mo kaya ang luto kong sweet & spicy fish fillet."

"Hahahaha, ikaw naman babe di na mabiro."

"Buti nalang talaga magaling si mommy mag turo."

"Ang aga nyo atang umuwi mag ama, akala namin mamaya pa kayo?" Saad ni Kristine.

"After ng meeting, hindi na kami tumuloy ni dad na mag golf since nandito si Kendra, mag family bonding nalang tayo. Minsan lang kasi nito maalala na may pamilya sya dito na naghihintay sa kanya."

"Im sorry, hindi na ko masyadong busy kaya babawi ako sa inyo."

"Princess, are you going back to London? You can stay here with us since wala na ang mama mo."

"I don't know dad, madami parin kasi akong dapat ayusin dun."

"You know how much we miss you princess, ngayon ka lang ulit namin makakasama ng matagal."

Napabaling ako kay tita Kristine na agad namang tumango sakin at ngumiti.

"Kenzo, hows Erica? I hope this time you are serious about her. You're not getting any younger, gusto na namin magka apo, nai inggit kami sa mga kaibigan namin na nag aalaga na ng mga apo nila."

"Mom, Dad, I’m serious this time, I love her so much. We've been together for a year now"

"Good to know that, invite her to have dinner with us next time."

"For sure I will mom."

Naging maayos at masaya ang buong araw namin. After lunch ay nag kwentuhan kami sa veranda habang kumakain ng desserts at pagkapos ay inaya na ako ni tita para turuan ng iba pang potahe na pwede kong lutuin. Tuwing kasama ko sila ay sobrang saya ko at ramdam ko na may buo akong pamilya.

"Babe! Im so glad na nandito ka ulit samin and we have more time to bond like this. Next time together with my love Ericka." Saad ni Kenzo ng makasabay ko itong bumaba galing sa kanya kanya naming silid matapos mag siesta.

"Kenzo, im so happy that finally your in a serious relationship right now, I really hope the best for you too, but you know why I can't come to that dinner."

"But why, wala na ang mama mo, I think its about time for people to know about the real you."

"That's so easy to say but hard to do. Please let’s not talk about it. Im happy of what we are right now. I don't like any scandal and people judging us."

"Fine! If that's what you like. You know Dad & I talk about it but since it’s your decision then be it. But soon enough, people will know about you being my sister. Mom is strong enough, what other people may say will not harm her." Then he left me.

I know my brother don't like the idea that im hiding my real identity, he can't tell other people that im his step sister. His so proud of me but I can't risk tita Kristines reputation because dad have me as his mistake.

Dad & Tita Kristine had a younger daughter but a day after she was born, a tragic accident happened in the hospital and the baby died. Nang magising si tita at nalaman nya ang nangyari sa baby nito, she breakdown, hindi nya matanggap na wala na ang anak, halos di sya maka usap at nakatulala lang. Kuya is only 8 yrs old that time but his aware what happened around him kaya sobra din syang nalungkot ng malaman na patay na ang pinaka hinihintay nyang princesa. She supposedly as my age, kaya siguro ng malaman ni tita na kahit nag kaanak si dad sa iba ay natanggap nya parin ako dahil kagaya daw ng anak nya, wala akong kasalanan sa mga nangyari. Kung buhay siguro ang princess nila ay mag bestfriend kami.

Nakita ko si tita Kristine na abala sa pag aayos ng mga bulaklak sa vase kaya agad ko itong nilapitan.

"Tita, I have something for you" sabay abot ng paper bag na dala ko.

"Wow! If im not mistaken this are from CHRISCEL's newest bag collection that everyone is talking about. Thank you so much darling for this limited edition bags. You know how much I love to have them. It's so hard to order online coz it's always sold out minutes after its release. I even wonder why the real owner of that brand is confidential knowing her bags is so popular."

"Your welcome. I just ask a favor to someone for that."

"Do you happen to know the owner?" Tanong nito habang abala sa pagtsi check ng bagong bag.

Isang ngiti lamang ang sinagot nya. Mabuti nalang at di na nag usisa pa ang ginang.

I always send her bags every time we have new designs. I know how much she likes bags specially my own brand. Yes! My bags are in demand and people love it. I'm so lucky that my secret business is doing well.

"Bye the way, We are planning to have a trip to Switzerland, I hope you have time to come with us."

"I don't think so tita, Mylie is coming here and she demand me to tour her around."

"Oh, your best friend. Have fun then, just don't forget to call us okey."

"Yes, I will do that for sure this time tita."

"You know how much I love you darling, kahit alam kong di ka nanggaling sakin. You can tell me everything. Don't hesitate to ask me if you need advice. Since wala na ang mama mo, Im just always here for you no matter what happens."

Mabilis akong lumapit dito at yumakap. Her warm hug feels so good. Shes the sweetest & the nicest. Kahit kailan ay di sya nagalit sakin. She always wants what good for me. She never treat me like an outsider to their family. She always see the good in me. That's why I adore her.
