Alisha: I am waiting in my car for Roy, because I texted him hours ago to meet me in front of a very cheap motel inside my car. We haven’t talked since that day and let’s be honest, it seems like my fault, I didn’t try to reach out and apologize. The motel looks old, like it has seen better days, the neon sign that reads vacancy is already fading away. The parking lot that I am parked in is empty, with a few beat up cars parked on the cracked pavement. A run down motel seems like the only ideal place I can meet Roy, if anyone sees me with him in front of Golden Retreat, they would recognize me. After all, this is our normal meet up place. But right now, I just miss Roy, I miss his wicked sense of humour and the way his brows draw together whenever he’s pissed off, he’s like the younger
