-Heaven-
Here I am again sitting alone crying at night. I don't know how long it's been. My eyes are heavy and my head paining as if someone us beating it with a hammer continuously.
I couldn't sleep because all of it keeps repeating in my head. It kills me inside, all the screams of pain, all the cries, the scene of my mother on the hospital bed looking soulless.
I'm listening to the song Lily of Alan Walker. It might be a story song for someone but for me. Lily is Me, a girl who's not ready to face the world but gets caught in the harsh world itself. I need someone to protect me but at the end no one comes.
Today my mother talked with me saying what's wrong with me. I said nothing acting all happy but I guess she got me a bit, she isn't buying my excuses.
-Author-
She suddenly felt someone coming from the door so she rushed out from the other door to the balcony running straight to the terrace and said in a soft yet firm voice without cracking.
"I'm going to lock the terrace"
She went upstairs to the open terrace and laid straight on the floor facing the dark sky glittering with small crystal like stars and the half moon.
She remembered her parents smile and said in a low voice.
"Hey moonie please make sure my parents smile like you do"
She cracked up and let out silent tears, then she checked the time, It was 3:39 am I the morning. She said again in a groggy voice.
"You know moonie without their smile my life feels dark just like the sky looks without, yes small stars are their but that smile lights up my world just like you light the whole sky"
She felt calm watching the moon and talking to herself. Fully immersed in her thoughts but what she didn't knew was that she was not alone. Another pair of curious black orbs were watching. The eyes had pure cruelty and demeanor. Suddenly his lips tugged into a small smirk.
He felt excited seeing her painful side. He felt like seeing himself I her, the only difference was that now he knew that even moon leaves the sky alone leaving it dark so how can people stay together.
He had been watching her for long enough from the balcony. He watched her after cleaning himself. He watched her tilting her head at every problem. Rolling her pen. Even sitting like a doe on her knees on the black comfy chair she had.
She was sitting like a doe and fisting her hand into small baby fists behaving like a small rabbit, which fascinated him and made his mind make some wild fantasies. Her sitting on her knees, behaving like a good doe and taking him in like a good girl.
Just the thought of it made his lower body twitch. But then he saw her crying after completing her study, she did went to the other room for once to sleep making him think she slept but just as was about to go to the other room's window she came back crying.
It was about 2 am or something but from then she kept crying silently. If someone would see her they would think she's doing something but the tears were still exposed to his venomous and sharp eyes.
He saw her running to her terrace as he went to the other side of the house and got up. He heard her saying those words laced with pain and fear due to the extreme silence so late at night.
What fascinated him more was she wasn't afraid of night, darkness or staying alone at this time of night like others. She wasn't scared of those things because she was already drowned in her own misery.
He understood her soo well as I'd she was just a mirror and it was him not her who was laying there under the sky with a heavy heart full of pain.
-Flashback-
It was soo late at night, all the people were sleeping in the rooms under the warm quilts in the late winter night, but in the chilly night there was a small kid who was getting Tortured by the harsh cold winds hitting straight on his body.
His torn oversized big shirt which went to his knees wasn't helping much in the the harsh weather as wind was moving ferociously hitting the small boy's body brutally.
He was coiled up like a small kitten but didn't had any furs to save him in the weather. He was crying being beaten by his dad again, what was his fault? He just told his dad he didn't like mom. He didn't like that old heinous woman.
She was cruel, very cruel, just like a monster to the child. She was brutal and bad, she ruined his childhood. He was scared of her. Just like other kids were scared of ghosts,or maybe even more.
All he wanted was a small happy family but what did he do so wrong that God sent these devils under human skin to be his guardians?
He kept looking at the sky, the moon was not there. The sky was totally dark, just like his life.
-Present-
All those memories flashed in his mind as if a movie was going on infront of his eyes. He opened his eyes and noticed her going to the terrace door. She closed it slowly and went to her room. That's when he went to the exact place she laid in. He found the scrunchie she left there after opening her medium sized hair and forgot about it.
She went to sleep but he sat there in his own thoughts. He was feeling excited seeing her overflowing emotions which she kept away from the world. She acted everytime she faced others but when alone she would again became herself, a small childish girl who would play with herself, stayed with herself.
She had different reactions from the normal people. She saw the world in her own way but never told anyone about it. She was secretive, fierce yet nervous and most importantly,
Lonely, just like him.
