Chapter Seven: The Turning Point With Emma's words of wisdom still echoing in her mind, Bluey felt a sense of determination wash over her. She knew that she couldn't keep living a lie, and that it was time to face her feelings head-on. She decided to take a walk to clear her head, hoping to process her emotions and figure out what to do next. As she strolled through the quiet streets, she felt a sense of calm wash over her. Suddenly, she heard the sound of footsteps behind her. She turned to see Ricardo walking towards her, a look of concern on his face. "Bluey, I've been looking all over for you," he said, as he caught up to her. "I've been worried about you. You've been distant lately, and I wanted to make sure everything is okay." Bluey felt a surge of emotion at Ricardo's words. She knew that he cared about her, and that he was genuinely concerned about her well-being. "Ricardo, I'm sorry," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I've been struggling with some things, and I didn't know how to deal with them." Ricardo's expression softened, and he reached out to take her hand. "Bluey, you can always talk to me," he said. "I'm here for you, no matter what." Bluey felt a sense of comfort at Ricardo's words. She knew that she could trust him, and that he would always be there to support her. As they stood there, holding hands and looking into each other's eyes, Bluey felt a sense of clarity wash over her. She knew that she couldn't keep denying her feelings for Ricardo, and that it was time to face the truth. "Ricardo, I have to tell you something," she said, her voice trembling with emotion. "I've been feeling... attracted to you. I know it's wrong, and I'm sorry. But I couldn't keep it inside anymore." Ricardo's expression changed, and he looked at her with a mixture of surprise and curiosity. "Bluey, I... I don't know what to say," he stammered. Bluey felt a pang of fear, wondering if she had made a mistake. But then Ricardo's expression softened, and he looked at her with kindness. "Bluey, I care about you deeply," he said. "And I have to admit, I've been feeling... drawn to you too. But we have to be careful. We can't hurt Krystal. She's my wife, and I love her." Bluey nodded, feeling a sense of understanding. She knew that Ricardo was torn, and that he didn't want to hurt Krystal. As they stood there, looking into each other's eyes, Bluey felt a sense of uncertainty. She didn't know what the future held, or what would happen next. But she knew that she had to be honest with herself and others, no matter how difficult it might be.
