THE PLAN!

Lucian watched how tight Lilith shot her eyes closed. He watched how she placed her slender hands on his chest. She kept moving her hands away from his chest and after a while she would place back on his chest, clinging on tightly to him. front while on his chest. She was contemplating whether to snuggle him like her pillow or her teddy bear or not to at all. Lucian smiled lightly at her lack of choice and said to her in a husky voice;

“Close your eyes beauty and dream of a place where the beast doesn’t exist to torment your life.” Lucian took some strands of her disheveled hair and tucked it behind her ears. She chuckled lightly and said;

“Hah but it worked out well at the end just because the prince turned out to be an angel at heart and a handsome prince outwardly.” He tightened his arms around her and she closed her eyes and before she knew it, she was drifted off to sleep.

While she was asleep she totally forgot that she was in Lucian’s arms, she tightened him in her embrace like a teddy bear. She placed one of her smooth milky legs over his thighs. Lucian’s eyes turned red at the sight of her sexy legs. He closed his eyes but still he could feel the heat emitting from her skin. His senses were wide awake at every little gesture she made. He grumbled under his voice;

“This girl is dangerous!... making her feel better is putting me in a world of misery” he opened his eyes and watched as her hands roam around his body unconsciously. She even touched his nose and lips unconsciously. Lucian could only close his eyes and meditate but even that wasn’t working with how delicately her fingers roamed his body.

Lucian got up very early in the morning with his eyes glowing red from Lilith’s torture. He carefully got up from the bed and place a pillow in his place for her not to feel his absence. He took a quick shower and changed his clothes and decided to give his witchy sister a visit in her room. When he got close to her room he stood some distance away from her room and said;

“Oh boy! Oh boy! What a drag?” he wagged his head as he stood in front of the door but before he could knock, his sister answered him saying;

“Come in brother! why hesitate when your purpose for visiting me is genuine?” Kathy sat on her bed with her legs criss-crossed, she was looking at him with goggle eyes. He asked her;

“So did you see what happened yesterday?” his index finger was pressing his temples as if he was suppressing something in his mind.

“Clearly, brother!” she answered him with her eyes squinted

“I see!” he said and prodded further;

“So what are your thoughts on all that, is it related to what you told me!” he asked curiously. She smiled at his curiosity and his cautiousness when it comes to other witches apart from her. Lucian has absolutely no trust for witches, so no matter what any witch tells him he never believes them except for Kathy and that’s because, she never lies, she is cunning like him but never lies. She rather mocks the truth in the face of her adversary.

“Clearly brother, like I said she is no ordinary girl, even though she looks like it. I just can’t put my fingers on what it is about her that is off. That’s just it.” Kathy answered him affirmatively.

“I see I will definitely find that out! Trust me.” He walked out of the room and she followed after him. They got to his room about the same time and she saw Lilith stretching on the bed. She rushed inside and grabbed her hands and said to her;

“Couldn’t do without him for a night hmm?” she blushed and quickly asked;

“Kathy did you leave your windows open yesterday night?” She looked confused. Kathy shook her head sideways as she replied her;

“No I didn’t? why do you ask?” Lilith looked lost in her thoughts and Kathy quickly changed the topic to make her lively again.

“Today is the day and we have to get you all beautified right? ...” Lilith nodded lightly and Kathy said cheerily

“Then there is no time to waste” Lilith got up from the bed and took slow strides to stand next to Kathy.

THE MANSION OF THE BALDOVINO

“Kids stop running around the hall way, the adults are having a serious meeting in the dark room.” Felix mum yelled at the kids from the kitchen.

“Come on Helio let’s go to my room before my mum spanks us” they giggled as they ran towards the room, Felix ability to run pretty fast  was outstanding so he outran Helio.

“Felix! Wait, I can’t keep up with you …” Helio ran after Felix, but couldn’t keep up with him and all he saw was Felix’s shadow fading away into one of the rooms.

He stood in front of one of the doors lined up in the corridor and called out to Felix but he didn’t get any answer. Helio didn’t hesitate when Felix didn’t answer him, he barged in and stood by the corner of the door when he saw some men holding candles and chanting in an unknown foreign language. 

Men in black hooded cloaks were all standing in the dark room, with each holding a candle. They were chanting the name VINCI over and over again. When one man amongst them wearing a red cloak came out of the crowd and said;

“The prophesy is unfolding! How can we put a stop to it children of Da-Vino?” the place became silent after his question. The man smiled and said;

“Lucky for the Vinci’s, the prophesy favors us!” another man in a red hood continued talking;

“The loop hole about the prophesy says a savior for the heart of the damned shall sprang out of the house of the Baldovino” the people in hoods cheered.

“Relax your nerves Madam!” a tall brunette gently presses Lilith’s legs in the herbal warm bath tub water.

“Come on Lilith! Don’t be a spoiled spot do what she says!” Lilith was trying to keep her head above the water surface, so that the water doesn’t get to her face, while the Esthetician was trying to immerse her in the water completely.

“Alright I will try!” Lilith finally gave in and immersed herself inside the herbal hot bath. The Esthetician smiled and said;

“Trust me once you are out you will feel much better!” in a little while the brunette helped her out of the water and after she came out, she was feeling much better. She smiled and said;

“That felt nice! Thank you” Kathy shot her a knowing smile and she exhaled in agreement to Kathy’s argument earlier. The both were led out of the skin care section and taken to a manicure and Pedicure section. Lilith couldn’t take her eyes off the glamour of the secluded part of the castle that was designed just for skin care, Manicure and Pedicure. The details on the walls were eye catching and the upholstery that were set around was magnificent.

It was later in the evening that they were done with the whole body care. They left for Kathy’s room in their robes and at their arrival they were greeted by the beautician and the stylist that were waiting for them. Lilith smiled at them lightly and one of the petite lady took her hand saying;

“Miss please do have a sit and we will be done with all this before you know it.” Lilith nodded and replied talking to Kathy;

“Do you think all this is necessary! I mean it’s just a one-night event don’t you think?” Kathy dismissed that idea by waving her hand and saying;

“Nonsense! It’s not just a one-night event, it’s a decision making event! It might even be a marking event!” Lilith creased her browse trying to understand what Kathy was saying but when she couldn’t get it, she slouched and said;

“Alright let’s just hurry all this up okay I left my best friend at home! He must be very worried about me now” Lilith expressed her troubled feelings with a concerned look on her face. she seemed to be thinking of him in her mind.

“You mean the handsome Indian guy that goes out every day asking around for an audience with Lucian?” Kathy pinched her temples, when she suddenly remembered the news she had received about a knew guy in town that stays in Lilith’s apartment going around seeking an audience with Lucian.

 Lilith sighed and said to herself;

‘Oh no! Karan must be very worried about me Lucian came and took me away suddenly at the eatery and since then I haven’t been able to contact him. Poor Karan he definitely has been worried sick. He promised to keep me safe after all, I just hope he is not weighed down by that promise, because if he is, that would be unfair since Lucian is not like the ordinary people he is used to protecting me from’ she slouched and the beautician tapped her to keep her head in place. She sighed and adjusted her sitting posture.

“Well don’t be too worried I have invited him over for the party!” Lilith raised her eyes in full hope only for her hopes to be dashed by the thought that Kathy might just be lying to her to make her feel better.

“Yeah right! how did you do that when you have been on my case since the break of dawn?” Kathy chuckled at her pouting. She said to her cheerily;

“I am a witch that’s how!” she winked at her and shot her a sweet smile.

Helio watched in utter silence as the people in robes left the dark room after the meeting. He was petrified and thought of ways he could escape without anyone sensing him at that moment. Helio silently slumped to the floor in fright, he could hardly hear himself breath because of how tensed he was. The information he just heard was something he wasn’t supposed to hear in the first place. It was top secret. He closed his eyes and whispered;

“Promotion to night!”
