“Just kidding I thought he would die eventually! It seems he was meant to be wolf!” Jaden rushed towards her. Lucian was nonchalantly reading a book unbothered while the whole ruckus was going on. But the moment Lucian saw Jaden running to attack Kiara, he immediately came in between them without moving his eyes from the book he was reading. He held in Jaden’s hands. He was wearing a straight annoyed face, Kiara and Jaden could see that clearly. They were alert because of the angry aura coming from Lucian but still furious with each other.

 He didn’t say a word to any of them because of his burning fury at their childish behavior. His whole attention was just concentrating on the book he was reading. That got Kiara agitated with Lucian. Somehow Lucian had a way of making her feel inferior to him without even trying. She gripped the book angrily and flinged it away yelling;

“Are you looking down on me? Do you think that you don’t need your complete senses to fight me?” Lucian turned to her and asked;

“Who are you?”

Kiara felt a surge at his nerve breaking question. She glared at him with burning fury. Kiara trembled in fury and made a fist. ‘This man still looks down on me up to this very day. I will make him pay or my name is not Kiara.’ She thought to herself inwardly.

 Lucian smiled naturally like he does, the type that you wouldn’t know if he was happy, sad, or if any emotion is attached to his expression or not and said;

“It’s only through the eyes of others that our lives have any meaning. Don’t you agree Kiara… by the way with every dual your son becomes stronger just like…” Lucian swallowed hard before he completed his reply. He was angry very much at Kiara and he didn’t mind teaching her a lesson or two. Fortunately, the thought of his sister Sammy kept all his anger in check.

Looking at Kiara with a confused stare he smiled. For a long time now he has been having problems with how or what the lady preferred to be referred to. Normally he wouldn’t say what she wanted but for the sake of peace he decided to say it calmly and artfully;

“His father!” Lucian put up a gentle smile and Kiara calmed down.

Killian and Vlad rolled their eyes at Lucian’s reply and wagged their heads at how she calmed down after being called ‘Father’ by Lucian. Turning to Lucian with folded arms she said;

“By the way if that man is still alive like Jaden said, he would be going wild now! Transformation is always excruciating you know.” she explained to them in the hall nonchalantly

“What!” Jaden screamed and took off. Lucian closed his eyes and allowed his fury to mellow down before he bolted away from there as well. Kiara went after them.

Lilith watched the most terrifying occurrence in her life in the far end of the room were Mister Bart Dion was tied. The man was roaring and wailing as he peeled off his own skin. The cracking of his bones echoed in the room as they gradually change form from human to that of a beast.

 Lilith realized the next minute, it was the biggest werewolf she had ever seen in her life that was standing before her. She couldn’t move, nor could she breath, she couldn’t say a slightest word. She just stood still and awaited her fate with closed eyes. When the beast started rushing towards her, she could hear the vibration of his feet from the ground and the air coming closer and closer to her from where she stood.

 She opened her eyes and she was suddenly filled with an unexplainable courage. It felt like she wasn’t the one with her own body any more, like a divergent being suddenly took over her body. Her eyes turned glowing silver and she said;

“Stop! You, inferior creature! Close your eyes and sleep”

 Lucian had just arrived when he saw what she was doing, so he stopped by the door and watched how the beast obeyed her. After the beast slept off her silver eyes went back to their normal amber shade and she collapse to the floor. Lucian rushed in and picked her up in his arms and brought her out. On his way going out he bumped into Jaden and he said to him;

“Get that thing under control! I don’t care how you do it” he flew away with Lilith in his arms into their chambers and laid her on the bed. She hugged herself tightly on the bed, she seemed to still be shaken by the whole turn of events. Lucian moved to the far end of the room and called Kathy;

“Hello!” said Kathy

“Yeah! I need your help! Please open the portal for me I no longer want to fly over to the vacation house… I will explain everything to you once I get there” he begged her earnestly, she smiled and answered;

“So are you ready!” she asked him simply.

“Yeah!”

“Here I come!” a portal opened up in Lucian’s room and Kathy came in. she watched by the corner as her brother picked up Lilith princess style in his arms and passed through the portal. She followed after him and closed the portal door.

They all came out through the portal in Lucians spacious room in the vacation house. Kathy saw how Lilith was clinging unto Lucian like her life depended on it and wagged her head saying’;

“Poor girl what horror you must have seen!” she looked at Lucian quizzically and looked back at the girl in his arms, she patted her hair gently and gave her a peck on the head saying;

“Please look after her, I will tell the maids to bring food shortly after I leave.” she left them in the room and went into the kitchen. Lucian laid Lilith on the bed carefully and watched as she fidgets, he was feeling concerned and worried for her, he wondered why she was scared after confronting that creature. Could it be that she was scared of her own power, he raked his brain with questions? When he could not answer any of his questions. He took joy in simply watching her while she sleeps. He laid very close to her and cuddles her in his embrace.

Helio and Felix were playing hide and seek in the many rooms of the mansion. Kathy could hear their footsteps and the sound of the doors that were slammed continuously by the kids. She creased her brows angrily and left her room to hunt for the kids. Kathy was agitated and she had made up her mind that if she caught them she would give them a befitting punishment. Normally she wouldn’t have been bothered but because Lilith wasn’t feeling good, she wanted the mansion to be quiet so that Lilith could have a good rest.

 Along the passage path where she was passing she bumped into Argo, it was so sudden, she didn’t even see him coming. When she got a clearer view of his face, her anger suddenly intensified. Looking at him made her forget about the kids, right at that time what she wanted to do was to slap or turn him into a frog with her wand. She had been holding grudges against him for jumping into conclusion about what she wanted when Lucian had the alicorn in his heart. He smiled at her, knowing fully well that must have murdered her a hundred times over in her heart, he said to her;

“Kat! Come on I apologized already… I am sorry!” he apologized sincerely. She fixed her angry glare on him as if she wanted to give him a slap

“And you think I will forgive you for insinuating that I allowed the alicorn in my brother’s heart intentionally!” Argo was looking apologetic, meanwhile Kathy was determined not to forgive him no matter what he said to her;

“I know you and your games Kat… come on I thought you did that intentionally to show him his place as usual … for goodness sake the two of you are always at each other like cat and dog! Who wouldn’t suspect you two? Besides all that you are difficult to read” He explained to her his reason for jumping into conclusion with a brittle voice and confused expression. He looked like he was going to go crazy if she didn’t understand him. Kathy turned her back to leave when Argo hugged her from behind and said;

“I am sorry my love! I shouldn’t have even thought of doubting you!” his tears graced her back and she turned to look at him. she wiped his tears and covered his lips with her deep kisses. Argo carried her with her arms wrapped around him and her legs crossed around his waist. She ran her fingers through his hair while they were passionately kissing each other.

He took her to his bedroom and laid her on his bed. Argo whispered into her ears “you are my forever and always! So please forgive me already!” He took off her clothes hastily. For he was in a haste to devour her body with his love. He missed her sweet loving touches all those time she was furious at him. She obliged and arched her back for him so that he could pull off her loose gown easily. He took time to admire her beautiful body lustfully with burning desire.

 She laid naked before him with a glint of shyness in her eyes.  He ran his fingers all over her body as if he was searching for a delicate treasure. He left hickeys all over her neck, down to her waist area like crazy tattoos. She took off his clothes for him.
