“We don’t want to know and we are sure she doesn’t want to know as well how gay vampires and werewolves do it!” the place grew silent and Lilith finally got the chance eat her food to her fill. When she was finally satisfied. She wiped her lips with the napkin and drank her juice. Helio asked her excitedly seeing that she was satisfied; “Aunty Lilith!” she raised her eyes to him and said; “Would you like to play with us!” she nodded and quickly stood up to leave with them when Lucian who was seated with his legs cross on one of the dining chair reading a newsletter raised his eyes to them and said; “Helio! You have a dual with me today have you forgotten now?” Helio swallowed nervously and answered; “No! I haven’t I thought you to be busy that’s why” Lucian smiled and said; “Luckily I am not so busy! Shall we? Your aunty can join us if she likes!” Felix held her hands and led her to the dual hall. They both sat down together on the bench, Felix rested his head on her shoulders and wrapped his hands around her body. Lilith exhaled and said to herself; ‘this kid is so cute but too clingy, Helio isn’t as clingy as he is, he’s almost like a kitten’ she smiled and continued watching Lucian and Helio fight. When Helio charged at Lucian, Lucian grabbed him by his hands and landed him on the floor forcefully, leaving behind a crack on the floor and an unmoving Helio. Lilith stood up immediately and screamed at Lucian; “Are you trying kill the lad? Is that how you dual with a child?” Lilith ran and picked Helio in her arms and he opened his eyes gradually saying; “Ouch! Ouch! Uncle you got me bad” he released himself from Lilith’s arms and said; “I am ready uncle!” Lilith was puzzled with his sudden reaction. She was left agape thinking if what she saw was just a mirage. She was certain that he fainted and that she heard the sound of a bone cracking. “Don’t worry Hun something like that can do no harm to little Helio, he is a hybrid.” Lilith stood up left them there she held Felix tightly in her arms as they watched the two dual. When they were finally done Lucian called out to Felix to come and train, Lilith reflexively held Felix in her embrace and said; “I won’t let you dual with him! he is so fragile you might really hurt him!” Felix held her tightly, and buried his face in her nape like he was really fragile. and said to her with a smile; “Don’t worry aunty I know you will be hurt when you see me hurt so I won’t let uncle hurt me, I am a really fast runner” he assured her. Lilith reluctantly let go of tiny Felix. He stood still in the hall waiting for Lucian to attack first. Lucian threw a heavy blow towards him, but before his punch could touch Felix, he ran swiftly to appear behind Lucian. Lilith was surprised at how fast the boy was. Lucian smiled at the presence of the boy behind him, Lucian jumped from the ground up to stand floating in the air. The fight continued for some time. With Lilith opening her mouth in surprise from time to time. She was surprise how Lucian fought the kids like they were his equal. She watched the fight with so much tension. When they were done with their fight, Lucian collected a towel from one of the ladies standing by the side to wipe his face. He turned to look at Lilith with a grin and he said to her; “My work is done here shall we go from here? My lady!” Lilith forced a smile and said; “I would like to play with the kids!” it was obvious she was forcing herself to smile with her creased brows looking very obvious. “The kids are all worn out as you can see, I bet they barely have enough strength to get up to their room!” Lilith looked at them pitifully. She carried Felix in her arms without saying another word and urged Lucian to carry Helio. They took them to their room and dropped them on the bed. They went away silently; Lilith sat comfortably on the sofa in the baggy shirt she picked from Lucian’s walk in wardrobe after her evening bath. She lazily relaxed on the sofa while reading the book in her hands, she was focused on what she was reading. While Lucian was on the computer table typing somethings in his laptop, she didn’t care much about.  Looking around the room, it felt too spacious making Lilith suddenly feel lonely. From the feeling of loneliness Lilith suddenly felt cold run through her body. She shuddered and tried to focus on reading.  It was dark outside and the whole place was silent. Lilith wondered if there were people in the house or not. The place was very windy outside, she could tell that much from the sound of the wind blowing outside. She hugged herself tightly when she felt a sudden chill in her body. She looked outside through the custom made window and saw small white flakes falling from outside and she yelled out; “It’s snowing!” Lucian looked at her quizzically and asked her mockingly; “Do want to build a snow man?” She pouted and looked at him perplexed for a while before she rolled her eyes. Looking at him she asked with a calm voice;  “I need a duvet I am getting cold!”  He didn’t reply and she didn’t waste time to get it, she quickly stood up from the sofa and grabbed the duvet from the bed and rolled herself inside the duvet. Lucian smiled at how small she looked inside the duvet and continued working on his laptop. Lilith continued looking into empty space until sleep drifted her away into her dream world. She woke up to the sound of her grumbling stomach and cussed in a low tune of voice; “stomach shut up I can’t get us food like I usually do back at the apartment” her stomach rumbled some more as if it were arguing with her on the matter food. She sat up straight and looked around only to see Lucian seated on an armchair a few feet away from her, he was facing her direction and it seemed he was reading the book she was reading earlier. He read a verse from the book with his eyes focused on her; “I was angry with my friend I told my wrath, my wrath did end I was angry with my foe; I told it not, my wrath did grow” Lucian dropped the book on the table and stood up from the chair. He pointed at the clothes laid out for her on the bed and tucked his hands in his pockets. He turned his back around to leave the room and he said to her; “A William Blake poem! How interesting!” he walked out of the room and left her to get dressed. After a while he returned with a cup of coffee in his hands and saw her already dressed in her black long gown. She looked beautiful. He smiled at her as he handed her the coffee and said; “You look beautiful!” she smiled simply without replying as she sipped the cup of coffee he handed to her. She smiled after a taste of the coffee and said; “It’s just how I like it, thanks!” he held her hands and said; “Shall we go?” she nodded and dropped the tea cup on the table. The heels she was wearing was really high so she moved gracefully by Lucian’s side. As they walked out of the room, she asked him; “By the way why did you ask me to get all dressed up like this? What is happening today?” she had a slight smile as she awaited his response. Stealing a glance at her Lucian thought to himself the possibilities of Lilith scheming something in her mind. Although he was certain she wouldn’t go against him, yet he was also certain that Lilith is a fighter who wouldn’t just give up. “It’s a family game night!” he replied and Lilith taught to herself that rich people always look for ways to spend money in the excuse of bonding together. Average families don’t do that, they simply just go out to the cinemas or eat out, something like that she thought. Lilith exhale as they walked down the split staircase. When she raised her eyes to look around, everyone was dressed in a fancy dinner outfit, the whole family was there and some other family as well. The place was decorated beautifully and simply. When the people standing in the sitting room caught sight of Lilith and Lucian, they all applauded them. Lilith was bashful, she smiled lightly and held Lucian’s arms tightly. They were all ushered to the dinning by the butler. The dinning was set out beautifully. One of the daughters of the Gaspare family that had joined them for dinner spoke up saying;    “Who would have believed that Lucian would finally settle and with a human girl for that matter!” Lucian didn’t waste time to answer her;
