My mate had kidnapped me. i was locked in a cell cause I refused to talk to him or let him touch me. I had tried running away several times but he always caught me. I knew i had to reject him so I was going to. My wolf was about dead and then I would be human. I could hear him coming so I gathered all the confidence I had left to go through with this.
"Are you finally going to behave mate?" He snaps at me
"I Raven Stone reject you Know Bennet as my mate and alpha" I snarl at him
Pain rips through me and I scream out. I drop to the floor and everything fades to black.
Know's POV
When she said those words my world stopped. She hit the ground and I rushed in and scooped her up and rushed her to the hospital wing. The doctor pushed me out and told me to stay out or he would make me which I growled to. I paced back and forth for hours when my beta ran in panting.
"Alpha" He says panting
"Where is she?" Someone roars
A man and woman walks in and I growl.
"Sit down pup" THe woman commands
I sit down and look at her in shock.
"If my daughter doesn't survive this i'll murder your whole pack" She snarls down at me
I growl and the man looks at me and flashes his eyes.
"Growl at my mate and your Queen Luna again and you will die" He roars
I whimper and bow my head.
"Alpha. Luna. She is alive and is asking for you" The doctor says
They nod and follow the doc and i go to follow but the door is shut in my face.
Raven's POV
My mom and dad walk in and I sigh seeing them.
"Oh baby. Are you ok?" My mom asks
"I'm fine. Bailey gave all her energy to me at the last minute. I can't feel her anymore" I say sadly
"Bailey" My dad calls
I feel her surge forward and I gasp and cry out.
"Bailey" I scream
She rips through causing me to shift right there on the bed. I panted and she let me shift back and I sighed.
"Don't ever do that again" I tell my dad still panting
"It had to be done sweetheart" He says
"Now let's get you home" My mom says
I nod and my dad leaves while mom helps me dress. I walk out of the hospital wing and gasps ring out.
"Yeah that's right your treated the princess like s**t. I hope you all rot in hell" I roar
They all cower back and i was suddenly picked up and spun around.
"Brady" I say laughing
"I missed you kid" He says
"I missed you to. Now where is" I start to say
"Raven" A voice cries out
I open my arms a little body slams into my chest. I picked her up and hugged her to my chest. She cried into my neck and I kissed the side of her head softly.
"I missed you kiddo" I tell her
She continued to cry and I looked at my parents and then Brady and he smiled at me.
"Hey kid" i whisper in her ear
I feel her grin and I laugh.
"Yes" She whisper
"Wanna play?" I ask her
She pulls back quickly and nods and I laugh. I place her down and music starts and I grin.
"Shift" I command
She shifts into a small pup and I grin.
"Luna" I hear
I spin around and see a bunch of kids and smile.
"Yes?" I say kneeling to their level
"Can we play?" The pup asks nervously
"Shift" I command
They all break out into their wolf forms and I giggle.
"Ready?" I ask
They all yip happily and I shift into my huge white wolf and gasps ring out. I nod and them and I take off trotting and then run along trying to keep up and I give a wolfy chuckle. I spin quickly and they all stop and look around trying to look busy and I smile. I turn back around and act like I faint and they all sneak up closely and when they get close enough I pop my head up and give a yip and then all dive onto me in a puppy pile. I shift back fully clothed and chuckles ring out as I chase the pups in my human form.
"Bella sweet girl you know you can't run from your godmomma" I say with my evil voice
She whines and I look around quickly to see a man holding her and I run over to her.
"What happened?" I ask
"She was stepped on. It's her paw" He says
"Shift" I command her
She shifts back and starts crying.
"Bella. Calm down" I say sternly
She sniffles and I lay my hand over her ankle and close my eyes and I suck in a deep breath and let my power flow to her and I grit my teeth. After another minute she was as good as knew. She leaps at me and I catch her.
"Is she ok Luna?" A pup asks
"Of course she is pup." I say with a smile
"Can I go play some more Raven?" Bella asks
"Of course Bells. But stay where the adults can see you all" I say
"Yes Luna" They all say and run off
"We need to talk" My parents say
I nod and look at Knox who stood there in shock.
"Vinny" I call out
He walks up and I look at him with my puppy eyes.
"Don't make me please" he whines
"Then will you send someone?" I ask
He nods and I kiss his cheek and skip off into the house. I walk in the office and sit down on the end of Knox's desk and look at my parents.
"What's up?" I ask
"We know he is your mate and you rejected him but I think you need to give him a chance. He has his reasons for why he did what he did. Give a month and if your not happy you can come home" My dad says
I look at Knox and he was pleading and I sigh and rub my temples.
"Fine rules. I want my own room. The first time you try to use your alpha voice on me well let's just say you will not like me. And Brady and Bella stay here" I say looking at him
He gulps and nods and Vinny walks in without knocking and Knox growl and I growl louder and he shuts up.
"Thank you Vinny. Thank Paul for me" I say smirking
"I will Luna. Now your car and bike are on their way." He says nodding at me
I nod at him and he leaves.
"Raven" I hear Bella yell
I was up and out the door and had her in my arms in no time.
"What's wrong?" I ask her
"Daddy won't let me have ice cream" She says pouting
"Isabella" Brady growls
"Bells do I let you have ice cream before dinner?" I ask her sternly
"No ma'am. Then stop whining and go say sorry to daddy now" I say putting her down
She sniffles and waddles over to Brady and lifts her arms. He picks her up and she sniffles again.
"I sorry daddy" She says softly
"It's ok" He tells her and winks at me
I go in the kitchen and start cooking. Well I turn around to see Brady left me his phone and I grin. I quickly turn on Pandora and when one of my favorites comes on I start singing along. I open the fridge and find my favorite wine and mentally thank Vinny. I pout myself a glass and I sway back and forth to the music and sing along while I cook. I feel a tug on my shirt and I look down to see a little boy looking up at me. I place my glass down and lift him up and he lays his head on my shoulder and I dance him around a bit. I sing softly and he slows relaxes and falls asleep. I left him asleep on me and finished cooking. When I turned around the whole pack was standing there looking at me.
"Can I help you?" I ask
"I'll take him Luna" A woman says stepping up
"He's fine" I say sternly
"He's mine Luna. I turned around and he was gone. I was trying to catch up on some laundry" She says embarrassed
"It's fine. He heard me singing. Seems someone was sleepy" I say smiling down at him
"I heard you across the pack house. Your voice is beautiful" she tells me
"Thank you. I can do a lot of things that needs training but singing is as natural as breathing to me." I say
"Your welcome Luna. And thank you for looking out for Cameron" She says
"I do the pup training so bring him over any time. Or if you ever just want a break" I tell her
"I will. Four kids will be the cause of my death" She says grinning
"Four?" I ask in shock
"Yes. Cam is my youngest, Kelly is my oldest who has a mate in the neighboring pack, Whit is running here somewhere and then there is Carson who is 12." She says with a smile
"Wow. I couldn't imagine. Who else has babies?" I ask
"Mine is 16" A woman says
"Mine is grown and about to die" A woman screams
Knox gasps and comes over to hide behind me. She walks over in front of me and smiles.
"Luna it's lovely to meet you. I promise we will chat but could you step aside please?" She asks winking at me
I hear Knox whimper and I step aside and she grabs his ear harshly and a giggle slips past my lips.
"You caused your mate to reject you and I find out you lock her up. What the holy hell is wrong with you boy? I will kill you" She roars
I release a harsh growl and push her off him and roar. Her eyes widen and she bows her head. Arms wrap around me and I pant harshly.
"Mom you can't say you will kill me" Knox tells her
"Luna I'm sorry. I really wouldn't kill him" She says
"Calm down" I hear
My whole body relaxes and I look to see Brady panting harshly.
"I'm ok" I tell him
He nods and sighs.
"Woman one day i won't be near when you wolf out" He says still panting
"I didn't mean to" I say softly
He walks over to me and holds my face in his hands and flashes his eyes at me and I flash mine and he nods.
"What's going on?" My dad asks
"His mom threatened to kill him and she wolfed out" Brady says
"You ok baby?" My mom asks
"Fine. Brady got here in time" I say
"Brady is your?" His mom asks me
"Um it's hard to explain. He calms my wolf faster than anyone even Knox. My wolf she um.. I'm s-sorry I can't" I say with a trembling lip
"Hey sugar it's ok." Brady says hugging me
He sways with me and my whole mood changes. Heat soars through my body and I jump back from him.
"s**t" He curses
"I'm ok." I say
Pain rushes down my spine and I drop to the ground and scream. Hands grab me and I roar. I was soon placed on the grass and I look up panting to see Brady in his wolf form. He lays down and wraps himself around me. I scream out and Knox runs out shifting and walks over to me slowly. I reach up and touch his nose and my body calms down finally. He pulls back and I scream again.
"Calm down Rave. I'm going to move so he can lay down" Brady tells me
"Don't leave" I scream
"Sugar I won't leave but he is your mate" He tells me
I whimper but nod and Knox wraps around me and I sigh. My body relaxes and Bella runs out. She kneels by my head and offers me some water. I sip it slowly and sigh.
"Thank you Bells" I whisper
"Welcome Auntie Ra" she says
She lays down on the grass by me and closes her eyes. I dont know how long I lay there but my body finally calmed down and I sighed and tried standing up but my legs gave out. Knox caught me and I sighed leaning into him.
"Let's get you some food" he says carrying me inside.
He carries my inside and sits me on the counter and smiles at me and i offer a small one.
