Mortal Part 3

Hades' POV

I watched her curl into my side and sleep for the longest time. When I finally fell asleep the sun was coming up. When i woke up again I was woke up by Karina screaming. I was up and in the bathroom in a flash. She was standing stark naked in front of the full mirror. She was covered in claw marks, hickies, and bruises. 

"Hey calm down. They will fade in a day. I promise" I tell her

"I look like I was run over" She says 

"Well you kinda were babe. How's your neck?" I ask her

She looks in the mirror and runs her fingers over it and gasps. 

"Holy s**t" She moans

"What?" I ask stepping up to look at it

I run my thumb over it and she moans loudly. 

"What the hell? Why is it like a straight shot to my p***y?" She asks

"It's the bond. We have one last task to finish" I tell her

She looks at me weird and I chuckle. 

"Since your not a god we come up with a solution to you marking me." I tell her

"What?" She asks

"I have to get a tattoo you choose" I tell her

"oh" She says

"Well do you feel up to going now?" I ask her

"Sure. I want to shower first though" She says

I nod and start the shower and we shower together and get dressed to head out. When we get to her dads house I was confused. We walk in and Jamie greets us. 

"Hey baby." jamie says hugging her

"Hey. I need to barrow Gunner" She says grinning

"Another one already?" she asks

"No it's for Hades" She tells her

Jamie glares at me and I frown. 

"so your back?" Jamie says 

"I am" I say 

"Sure. You gonna run once she is pregnant?" She snaps at me

My jaw drops and I look at Karina and she wouldn't look at me. 

"I'm not. I'm here" I say honestly

"We will see" Jamie says 

She walks out and I look at Karina.

"You told her" I say

"Hades you need to understand Jamie is like my mother. I was upset and she needed to know what was wrong with her child" She tells me sadly

"So I have ass kissing to do?" I ask her

"A bit." She says with a small smile

"Hey it's ok. I'm here and i'm not running" I tell her

"I hope so" She says 

I chuckle and wrap her in my arms and hug her close. 

"Ready?" We hear

"Hi gunner. Hades needs a tattoo" She says hugging him

He pats her hip and I growl lowly. 

"Well let's get to it" He says 

We follow him and I take a seat and let Karina look around for my tattoo. 

She showed gunner and he grinned and nodded. 

"Take your shirt off" She tells me

I smirk and remove it and I lay down and relax. Gunner gets started and eight hours later he was done and I stood up and stretched. I walked over and looked in the mirror and was shocked by what she chose. She always seemed to amaze me. She always sees the good in me. The tattoo was perfect but one thing needed to be added for the bond to complete. 

"Gunner I need her name in the middle" I tell him

Her jaw drops and I smirk. He nods and gets to work. Once he finished the last letter I felt the bond stitch together all the way. I hear Karina gasp and I smile softly. Once it was done I stood and paid him and we left. I scooped her in my arms and we popped up at my brothers. Aphrodite was sitting in her chair rubbing her belly and Karina grins. 

"Hello gorgeous" She tells Aphrodite

"Hey beautiful." She says back 

"How you feeling sister?" I ask her

"Fat" She groans

"Well your growing a mini you" I tell her

"Shut up" She groans

"so what's the news?" Zeus asks

Karina grins and tips her head to the side and everyone gasps. Athena rushes over to touch it and I grab her hand shaking my head. 

"Oh sorry. I forgot" She says pulling her hand back

I remove my shirt and show them my back and they all start clapping. 

"So it's official. welcome to the family" Poseidon says spinning Karina around

She giggles and hugs are passed around. Things were going smoothly until I heard the clack of heels. 

"HI everyone" Persephone says

I hear groans and I see Karina grow tense. 

"What is the human doing here?" She snarls

"Oh me? I'm Hades wife" Karina says grinning

"Persephone what are you doing here?" I growl out

"Well I come to see you darlin" She says walking towards me

Karina steps in from of me and growls loudly and everything shakes. Persephone steps back in shock and I smirk and wrap my arms around her waist. 

"You need to leave now or so help me I will f*****g make you" Karina roars

"You can't do anything to me" Persephone shouts

I release Karina and Persephone's eyes widen as Karina walks towards her. Karina grabs her by her throat and lifts her into the air. 

"Want to repeat that?" Karina growls lowly

"Stop" Persephone chokes out

"Get out" Karina roars

She throws her through the air and she smacks the wall and falls to the floor. Persephone gets up and comes at Karina and Aphrodite steps up and uses her powers to stop Persephone. 

"Your not welcome here. Get out or i feed you to the dogs" Aphrodite roars

Persephone whimpers and backs up and runs out. I walk over to Karina and she screams and hits the floor. 

"Wait don't touch her. She's shifting" Zeus tells me

I stand back and watch her shift into this beautiful demon. When she stands her wings expand and we all gasp. They were red and black and the center was pure white. 

"Your found your true soulmate" Zeus says in awe

"That hurt" She whines

I chuckle and walk over to her and pull her over to the mirror. She gasps and I smile.

"Woah" She says looking herself over

"You look amazing Darlin" Athena tells her

"How do i?" She asks nervously

"Just think of yourself in your human form" I tell her

She closes her eyes and she shifts back and sighs rolling her shoulders. 

"That's gonna take some getting use to. Those things are heavy" She says

We laugh and hug her and she snuggles into my chest.  

"Let's go home and get you a shower and some rest" I tell her

She nods I transport us to hell and she sighs. She falls face first into our bed and i chuckle at her. I remove her shoes and clothes and slip one of my shirts on her and tuck her in. 

"Sleep my queen." I say kissing her forehead

She sighs and slips off to sleep and I head down to the thrown room. When I enter several people were waiting on me. 

"Congrats" Felix says nodding at me

"Felix you rooted for this from the beginning and thank you for looking out for her" I say patting him on the shoulder

"Anytime Sire. She is wonderful and I have grown quite attached to her comments and laughter" He says chuckling

"She is very fond of you which is why you will be her guard from now on" I tell him

"Hades I do care for that woman but you best talk to her and discuss this first. I would like to keep my head attached to my body. She won't be happy you didn't speak with her first. She is learning her powers and if she loses it this place may be a pile of rubble afterwards." He tells me

"Felix your her guard. I dont want to hear anymore argument" i command him

"And what about my say so?" I hear behind me

I whip around to see Karina standing there looking beautiful and mad at the same time.

"You dont get one" I say turning my back to her

"And you dont need me" she growls

"Karina" I growl

"Athena" she shouts

Athena pops up and wraps her arms around Karina and they disappear.

"Follow her" I tell Felix

"Sire I want to I really do but I cant. Karina will tear me apart if I follow her" he says scared

"She is fine brother. The women are babying her and listening to her b***h about you. They feed off our f**k ups and they all hang up on us if need me. Let her be. You should have spoken with her" Zeus says

"I told you. Now she is mad at both of us and I didnt even do anything wrong" felix cries out

"Go check on her Felix. She isn't upset with you." Zeus tells him

His eyes lite up and he vanishes right in front of me.

"Now what did you say to her?" Zeus asks me

"I told her she didnt get a say so" I tell him

"Brother when will you learn that the women in our lives rule all. You should have spoke to her before putting Felix on her. You do that and it makes her feel weak. That woman is anything but weak. Ask her how she feels about it. Tell her felix will be close by if she ever needs him. Out of sight out of mind" Zeus tells me

"I'm totally going to f**k this up. She is always going to be mad at me." I say

"Brother remember you care about this woman. Her happiness is what matters no matter what. Now come on let's go find her" he says

I nod and we pop up at his home and I can hear rattling in the kitchen.

"We got here and she went straight to the kitchen. You really pissed her off." Athena tells me

I sigh and walk into the kitchen and before I could blink a knife was lodged into my shoulder.

"f**k Karina" I shout

"Serves you right you fucker. Now get out" she growls

I pull the knife out and sit it down on the counter and walk around the island to get closer to her. I let my pheromones release and she freezes.

"s*x isn't going to fix this so pull that s**t right back in" she growls at me

I stop releasing them and sigh. I get up behind me and place my hands on her hips and she tenses.

"I'm sorry" I whisper in her ear

She sighs and relaxes into my chest and I smile. I kiss her bare shoulder and she looks over her shoulder at me and smiles.

"Now was the knife necessary?" I ask

"Yes" she says and bends down to check something in the oven

Her ass lines up with my d**k and my pheromones release again and I press into her. Her breath hitches and she pushes back against me.

"Leave it and let's go" I say pulling her up

"The" she calls

"Yes" she says behind me

"This needs ten minutes and then it needs to come out and cool and the Aphrodite can have her cake" I tell her

"Have fun" athena says winking at me

I smile and Felix steps in looking nervous and I smirk.

"Felix I dont want to see you unless its necessary." I tell him

"Yes ma'am" he says nodding

I look at Hades and nod and the next thing I know when are in our room and everything is shut and its dark. I can feel him breathing down my neck and I lean back into him softly. That's when I notice he's in his beast form. I turn to look st him and smile.

"You ok?" I ask him

"I'm fine. Looks like the beast wants to play" he says slightly growling

I smirk and start shifting into my demon form and I cry out a little.

"Baby stop we dont have to. It's still gonna hurt to morph into your beast for a while" he tells me

I finally finish and I look at him.

"I'm fine" I tell him

I lean up and kiss him and he pushes me against the wall and yanks me up onto his arms.

"This isn't going to be sweet and moving. Our beasts are out. Your gonna be really sore tomorrow" he tells me

"Dont care " I say kissing him again

He kisses me back just as he thrusts in me in one quick blow. I pull back from the kiss screaming his name. He sets a punishing pace and I can tell my back and hips will be bruised tomorrow from slamming into the wall nonstop. It was almost to the point of severe pain but I didnt say anything. He just kept thrusting away like no tomorrow and I just kept screaming his name. It finally got to the point I couldn't take it anymore and I sunk my nails into his neck.

"Hades" I moan out

He just kept thrusting and thrusting and growling and I was at a loss. I learned into his ear and whispered I love you come back to me. When i pulled back he was looking at me in awe and i smiled.

"What was that?" He said

"Slow down I'm hurting" I tell him

He looks down and curses and rushes me to the shower. He slips from my sore center and that's when I notice the blood.

"s**t baby I'm sorry." He says in panic

" hey look at me" I tell him

He looks up at me with pain filled eyes and I smile at him.

"I'm fine. Now wash me up and come snuggle with me" I tell him

He smiled at me and done as told and had me in bed in no time. He wrapped around me and I turned on the TV and smiled.

"You sure your ok?" He asks

"I'm fine my love. I'm sore but that's normal being with you. I promise one full day of recovery and I'll be as good as new" I say kissing him

"We may have to try that blindfold thing again" he whispers in my ear

" oooooh I have a plan" I tell him

He looks down at me and grins and I lean up to kiss him. When I pull back I release a small yawn and he chuckles softly.

"Sleep my love" he whispers in my ear

I close my eyes and that's the last thing I remember.

HADES POV

I watched her slowly drift off to sleep and I sighed thinking I would never find someone like this again. I slid out from under her and headed to my office. I picked up the phone and called her father.

"Hello Hades" he says on the other end

"Sir, I was wondering if I could speak with Jamie?" I say

"Sure I'll get her" he says

I wait a few minutes and then I hear crackling.

"Hades" she says

"Jamie, I was wondering if you could take a few days off work? Karina is needing help wedding planning and the planner is driving her crazy. I dont need her killing our wedding planner" I say with a chuckle

"Of course I can. Thank you for asking " she says

"If you dont mind me asking what happened to her birth mother?" I ask

"She left Karina on her fathers doorstep and never looked back. I was always around and then I started seeing her dad and Karina clung to me like a child does to a mother. We didnt tell her she wasnt mine and she heard us talking one day. She was so angry at us she didnt speak to us for three whole months. But she knows I love her like my own" she tells me

"She just never talks about it. I was a little worried" I tell her

"You really do love her dont you?" Jamie asks

"I do more than anything" I say without hesitation

"Well I can take all of next week. Its that ok?" She asks

"Perfect. I'll be out of town on a business trip so you can stay at the mansion with Karina if you wish. I think some of my sisters and cousins will be joining as well." I tell her

"That sounds perfect. So I'll see you guys tomorrow then?" Jamie says

"Yes ma'am. And thank you?" I tell her

"For what?" She asks

"For giving me a second chance " I tell her honestly

"Hades I believe everyone deserves a second chance. Dont blow it she loves you" she tells me

"See you tomorrow" I say

She hangs up and I sigh. I head back to my room and lift her into my arms and teleport us to the mansion. I lay her in bed and slid one of my t shirts over her body and then I slid in with her. It didnt take long for me to pass out and when I woke up the next morning I could hear people talking. I got up and got dressed and slipped out of the room without waking my queen. When I got downstairs Jamie and Athena were talking.

"Hello sister."I say kissing her cheek

"Hades. Where is my lovely girl at?" She asks smiling

"Still sleeping. Jamie if you want to wake her go down the hall and up the steps and it's at the very end" I say

She grins and runs off with Athena following her so I follow along to. When she pushes the door open she grins and walks over sitting on the edge of the bed. She runs her fingers through Karina's hair and Karina sighs in her sleep.

"Hey sweet girl time to wake up" Jamie whispers

"Go away jamie" Karina whines

It takes her a whole minute before she bolts up.

"What are you doing here?" She squeals and hugs Jamie

"Hades called said you needed help wedding planning so here I am" she tells her

She eyes me and then grins and jumps out of bed and rushes over to me and jumps on me wrapping herself around me and kissing me repeatedly.

"Thank you" she whispers against my lips

"Your welcome. Now Felix will be with you and will drive you where you need to go and will be with you at all times. I have a business trip" I tell her sternly

"Out of sight out of mind" she growls at me

"Fine I can deal with that." I tell her

She jumps down and turns to see the girls grinning at her.

"Come on I'm starving" she says and heads to the kitchen

We follow her and take a seat.

"Good morning Ma'am" Natalie says greeting Karina

"Natalie please just call me Karina. Just cause he is a hardass dont mean I am." She whines

"As you wish" Natalie says eyeing me and I give a nod

She serves everyone breakfast and disappears and leaves us to eat. I feel a hand on my thigh and I flinch a little and I notice Karina smirking behind her mug. I roll my eyes at her and place my hand on her bare thigh giving it a squeeze.

"So a winter wedding?" Jamie asks

"Yes. I have a few ideas in mind. The wedding planner doesn't want to do that much work though" she says sighing

"Then fire her and get a new one." Athena tells her

"Yeah maybe" Karina says frowning

"Athena call your friend." I tell her

She nods and I pick up my phone and call the bug boss of the planning company we were using.

"Hannah sparks speaking" she says

"Ms. Sparks this is Mr. Hale. I wanted to let you know we will no longer be needing your services." I say

"Oh I'm so sorry to hear your engagement ended sir" she says

"It didnt end. Your planner doesn't want to do her job and its stressing my soon to be wife out " I growl into the phone

"I'm sorry sir. I'll speak with her immediately. If you want a different planner I can arrange it." She say quickly

"Send a few people to my address in two hours. My wife can speak with then and decide" i say and hang up

"Hey you didnt have to do that" Karina tells me

"Yes I did" I say kissing her temple

She smiles and leans into me and and yawns.

"Go have a shower and get ready" I tell her

She stands and leans down to kiss me and walks off.

KARINA'S POV

I get to the bathroom and start the shower and strip and I notice all the bruises and claw marks.

"Athena" I whisper

She pops up and I jump.

"Can you help me?" I ask

"Sure love." She says stepping up to me

She waves her hand and they bruises fade and I sigh. 

"Now shower and come on we have a lot of work to do." She tells me

I nod and jump in the shower and wash up quickly and when I step out I dry off and wap a towel around me. I blow dry my hair and curl it and then I slip on a a lace bra and panty set and stand in front of the mirror to do my make up. I was leaned over the sink when Hades walks in behind me and stops in his tracks. I watch him while still doing my eyeliner and smirk when his eyes don't leave my ass. 

"My eyes are up here" I say softly

He chuckles and walks up behind me and places his cold hands on my hips and I smile at him through the mirror. 

"They are here" He tells me 

"Ok let me finish getting dressed and i'll be down. When do you leave?" I ask him

"As soon as we finish this" He tells me

"Need me to pack for you?" I ask him 

"No thank you my love. It's not that type of business meeting" He says with a chuckle

"Oh" I say pulling on my jeans

I finish getting dressed and we head down together. Heads snap up when they hear my heels clacking on the hard wood floor. 

"Thank you all for coming. I have a few ideas and i'm going to show you want I want. I don't want anyone to speak. I'm going to decide by your reactions" I tell them 

I pick up some papers and lay them down in front of them and some eyes widen but one mans face lights up and he squeals and I giggle. 

"Your hired. You will be working with someone else. Problem?" I ask 

"No at all. This is amazing. I'm Dylan" He says

"Well i'm Karina and this is Hades" I say 

"Oh I get it." He says chuckling

"Oh you have no idea" I say smiling

"Well let's get some drinks and get started. We have three months to work every detail out. First have you found a dress?" Dylan asks 

"Alright my love. I'm leaving. Call Felix or Zeus if you need anything. And try to stay calm" He tells me eyeing me

I flash my eyes at him and his eyes widen and I laugh and lean up and kiss him. 

"I got this. Go and call me" I tell him 

He kisses me again and he leaves and I sigh. 

"Well I say we go look at dresss today and then go from there." Dyaln suggests

"Actually that works out great." I say 

I pick up my phone and text Felix to let him know we were heading out. I go down to the garage and grin. I grab the keys to the charger and I quickl take a selfie holding up the keys in front of the car and I send it to Hades. We all slide in and I pull out of the garage and down the driveway. I get going down the road when my phone rings through the speakers and I laugh. I answer it and I hear a growl. 

"Slow down and be careful" He tells me

"I'm not even going fast and when else am I going to get to steal your precious baby?" I ask him while giggling

"Anytime you want. Be safe. Love you" He tells me

"Love you too" I say and hang up

"He really does love you to let you drive this" Dylan says

"I drove the lambo not to long ago" I say grinning

His jaw drops and we pull up to the wedding place and I step out. We head in and this woman walks up to me and I can tell i'm going to have problems. 

"Do you have a appointment?" She asks

"My planner called ahead" I say 

She rolls her eyes and I growl .

"Get me the boss" I snap

Her eyes widen and she runs off and she comes back with a taller woman. 

"Karina lovely to meet you. Mr. Hale called over here and said you have no budget that if you like it then you have it" She tells me shaking my hand

"Thank you. I know for a fact I want a corset top. The rest we can work with" I tell her

"I will go pull a few and you browse around. If you see anything let someone know and we will pull it in your size. Lillian will get you drinks if you would like" She says and walks off

"I'll take a glass of wine" I say eyeing the girl from earlier

She gulps and runs off and we all laugh. I look around and find a few things I like and then it was finally time to try on. I went through twenty dresses and was about to give up when Dylan walks up with one and I grin. I try it on and it fit like a glove. 

"This is it"I say teary eyed

"It's eight grand and your size. I'll get everything together and then you will be set" She says and wanders off

I smile and spin around giggling and I hear Jamie and Athena giggle with me.

"Its perfect my sweet sweet girl" Jamie says wrapping her arms around me

I grin and lean into her and sigh.

"I'm really getting married." I whisper

"You are. And to a wonderful man that is totally head over heels in love with you" she says

"Alright out of that dress. Next stop is back to the mansion and we will do invitations, colors and I'll make calls about the cake. I assume you will both decide that" Dylan says

"Yes we will." I say

I go change and we head back to the house. I text Hades to let him know we made it back and I learned into my chair and sighed.

"So what colors?" Dylan asks

"There are actually four colors" I say

I wait on his panic but he grins.

"Let me have it" he says grinning

"Red and black for one side and white and gold for the other" I tell him

I see Athena grin and I wink at her.

"Beautiful. What shade of red?" He asks

"Blood red" I say

He nods and writes things down and then hands me a books of invitations. I flip through a bunch and decide on gold trimmed ones and smile. My phone rings and I realize its Hades.

"Hello my love" i say

"Hello my queen. How are wedding plans going?" He asks

"Amazing. I found my dress, picked the colors, invitations, we will do the cake together and now I'm working on brides maids dresses. I'm trying to convince Athena to be my maid of honor" I say looking at her

Her jaw drops and I wink at her. She squeals and rushes over to hug me.

"I take it she agreed" hades says

"She did indeed. Hurry up with your trip. I cant sleep with Athena shes to boney" I tell him

"Hey" Athena whines

"Missing me my love?" He asks

"Yes. It's no fun sleeping alone" I say

"I'll be there tonight before you fall asleep" he says

"Talk to you soon" I say

He hangs up and I sigh.

"He coming home?" Jamie asks

" unfortunately no. He cant miss this meeting" I say

"Well I'll call and order dinner tonight" Athena says

"Pizza please " I say

She nods and wanders off. We talked some Korean about the wedding and ate and then Dylan left. I yawned and the girls shooed me off to bed. I slipped into my silk pajamas and crawled in bed. I closed my eyes for a split second and I felt arms band around me. I sigh in content and push back into his chest.

"I missed you today" I say

"I missed you too my love. Now sleep" he says

My eyes drift close and that's the last thing I remember.
