Cayden laid in his bed alone and kept thinking about the things that happened a few hours ago. He had never lost his cool in that way but for some reason, he had felt an impulse to let go of everything and give in to his demons. they were calling him out to let go, to kill Ava for coming between him and Ahana, his fear of losing or seeing that judgment in Ahana's eyes for him made him lose his wits, it had been so long since he felt that need of hurting someone. He could still see the look of horror on Ahana's face when she came at the door and saw him strangling Ava.
