Before midnight falls, Xavier wakes up from his sleep. As he opened his eyes, a look of surprise flashed upon his face when he noticed the unfamiliar room he was in. Compared to the rotten wood bed and thin comforter, the one he was lying on was warm and soft. Even the decorations of the room clearly told him that it was a young lady’s room.
“You are awake” Alicia first spoke when she noticed the small movements on the bed. “Hold on for a moment, I will call Physician Amethyst about you waking up.”
With that, she left the room in a hurry. Xavier slowly sat up when he noticed something odd in him. He can’t figure out what’s strange, but there’s something new in him that he can’t figure out.
