In the morning my phone rang. It was everyone's favorite Arthur, who was apparently furious about my actions on the day of our failed wedding.
I thought for a long time whether to answer this phone call or not, but I finally decided to do it. Gathering all my pride, dignity and honor, I answered the call.
"Good morning," I replied. "Vanessa.
"Good morning! Thanks God, you have finally answered my phone call. We need to talk about everything. The fact that I made an unforgivable mistake does not mean that I did not love you. Please listen to me!" Arthur spoke, begging me to listen to him.
"Arthur, let's not waste my time. Tell me straight what you want from me?! I don't believe in the sincerity of your words. And I don't want to know anything about you or Alice." I answer
