"There is.... actually, but if you kill me, you'll never know about it, and you'll probably follow me to hell in a few days. So be a smart little girl and put that axe away." Ashley said with a smirk. Selena growled for a moment before letting her go.

"If you lie to me, I'll use your head as a souvenir for your mother before chopping hers off, too."

"Such a bold statement from a lowly thief elf. You have no idea how dangerous my mom is, do you?"

"Huh!" Selena scoffed. "Is that supposed to scare me? Spoiler alert: It's not working."

"You cocky b***h! You'll just get yourself killed. But l guess it doesn't matter anyway since you'll be kicking the bucket in a few days!"

"Ladies, please. Let's get along at least once." Leo announced with a sigh, then looked at Ashley. "Can you please tell us this third way to break a curse, my princess."

Leo smiled, his voice soft. "No, it’s for us, babe. I swear, once everything is settled, I’ll come sweep you off your feet like a knight in shining—"

"Totally agree," Selena added as she stepped into the pub.

Leo chuckled, amused that, for the first time, the two ladies had actually agreed on something.
