Teresa's POV
Vincent finished discussing his proposal, and when he did, Daisy and I exchanged a glance. Just a moment later, Daisy turned to Vincent.
"Could you excuse us for a moment? We need to talk," Daisy said to Vincent.
"Of course, talk as long as you like," Vincent replied, and upon receiving his confirmation, Daisy stood up, took my hand, and led me to her.
Daisy took me to the kitchen. When we arrived, she glanced at Vincent, who appeared very unconcerned. She looked at him for only a few seconds before turning back to me.
"What do you think, Daisy?" I asked as we locked eyes.
"Well, his job offer... it sounds perfect," Daisy told me.
"Really?" I murmured.
"Yes, it is; it's very good. I don't see any problems, at least in theory," Daisy explained.
