Anna POV
"I guess the situation with my crazy ex didn't ruin too much of this night?" He asks with a chuckle.
"Not even the slightest," I grinned. He smiled at my reply and pulled me to his side as we finished the movie. I know he didn't want to seem like a baby and wanted to be the one to comfort me during the scary parts. I knew better when I saw him turn his head towards the wall with his eyes screwed shut every time someone let out a scream of pain on the screen. I grabbed the remote and handed it to him.
"Let's change this to something else," I offered.
"God, I was thinking you would never ask." He laughed, taking me up on my offer. He flipped through the stations and found Blades of Glory. Honestly, it's one of the best movies, so I didn't complain.
