The picture shook in Sophie’s hands as she held it up to Adrian.
“Who is he?” Her voice was barely a whisper.
Adrian’s eyes stayed locked on the picture, his face changing from confusion to something darker something dangerously close to anger.
Sophie wasn’t sure she had ever seen him look like that before.
Finally, he sighed, his grip tightening on the desk behind him.
“He was Victoria’s brother.”
Sophie’s breath hitched. “Brother?”
Adrian nodded slowly, his jaw tightening. “Alexander Westwood.”
She stared at him, trying to make sense of what she was hearing. “Victoria never mentioned a brother.”
