A little past midnight, the chamomile tea's effects started to surface a big and I let out a big yawn. There was no reason for me to stay awake past that point. I had had enough of a frustrating day without having to stay awake past my bedtime. I wouldn't be able to rest if I stayed awake for hours after midnight. The best way to take care of myself and to recover quickly was to pay attention to my bodily needs. I pushed away the blanket from me on the couch and turned off the TV as I stood up. It was raining heavily outside, not that that would be much of a problem for me. I wasn't afraid of thunderstorms but I had to admit that I would get startled if they caught me off guard.
