A little past midnight, the chamomile tea's effects started to surface a big and I let out a big yawn. There was no reason for me to stay awake past that point. I had had enough of a frustrating day without having to stay awake past my bedtime. I wouldn't be able to rest if I stayed awake for hours after midnight. The best way to take care of myself and to recover quickly was to pay attention to my bodily needs. I pushed away the blanket from me on the couch and turned off the TV as I stood up. It was raining heavily outside, not that that would be much of a problem for me. I wasn't afraid of thunderstorms but I had to admit that I would get startled if they caught me off guard. For the first year after my father passed away, the rainy season would keep me awake most of the time at night
