Debbie's Pov "You know you don't have to help with the dishes." I looked over my shoulder at Professor Sullivan. "I know." "Then why are you washing them?" I smiled. "Because I ate." He let out a small laugh. "I invited you." "I know." "That doesn't mean I should leave all the work for you." He leaned against the kitchen counter and folded his arms. "I've never met someone so determined to make herself useful." I shrugged. "It's how I was raised." "My mum always said if someone welcomes you into their home, you leave it a little better than you met it." He nodded thoughtfully. "She raised you well." I smiled without saying anything.
