Josh joined them after his shift had ended. Evan pulled him in for a long chaste kiss before he let him sit down and the three of them got swept up into conversation about what their plans were after graduation and life itself.

THE NEXT COUPLE of days went by without Liam trying to make any contact with Jake. The first day was hard on him because he had to ignore all of Jake's calls and texts. But as the day rolled into the next, he felt like he was going about this all wrong and all he wanted to do was just call Jake and have him come over so they could watch a movie or do something utterly outrageous.
