Kevin and Liam left.
When I realized that Kevin was really expelled from the Blue River Pack by Alpha Oscar, my heart felt empty, especially the disappointment in his eyes when he last looked at me, which I found unforgettable.
"Anna, what's wrong with you? You seem absent-minded," Holly asks, carrying a medicine box.
"Nothing..." I say.
"No, you have something on your mind. Kevin left, are you missing him?" she asks.
I pause, my hand holding the pen trembling slightly.
"Anna, if you love Kevin, you should tell him. You're mates, even from different packs, love can overcome everything," Holly says with concern. "I don't want you to regret it."
I'm confused. Do I love Kevin?
