I was ready. My body charged and brimmed with excitement. There were two things that got me excited asides s*x: war. I was ready to fight. We found some Rogues at a factory and were on a quest to kill. I would rather die fighting them all than let them be.
If only Ella was here, making love to a mate after victory in war is the best feeling ever.
I rolled my eyes at Eric's words. He didn't have to remind me of how Ella had rejected and humiliated me in the presence of the Blue River pack. I still cringed when I remembered that memory.
Liam and I led the Blood Moon pack's men to attack the Rogues stationed at the factory. They weren't expecting us and I smiled at the look on their faces. That was exactly the way I liked it.
