I was keen to ask more questions but I held them back since she would keep telling me all about her which for the first time in my life wasn't annoying me.
"I've heard about you but I didn't expect a woman to be here when Mr Ardolf called me last night talking about someone to look after." She kept going on while she attempted to fry another egg, this time it didn't seem like it was about to burn.
"Why?" I asked maybe because I wanted to hear a certain answer.
She shrugged, "during the time I worked here before, he never brought a girl home let alone for someone to stay." She said and there it was, the answer I wanted.
He doesn't have a girlfriend then and he's definitely not a womanizer. - along with the thought, a hint of a smile appeared on my face which I wiped off.
