“Logan, the charger’s owner is here and wants to talk to you.” Ricky knew how much Logan was dreading the conversation but it had to happen. As the head mechanic he was going to be involved in the conversation but it would be up to Logan to sell the guy on the repairs they needed to make.
Logan took a deep breath and ran his hand through his hair. He wasn’t ready for it. He hadn’t spoken to Jenny in days and was trying to keep his distance from her, but he wasn’t ready to jump into the hell this guy was about to put him through.
“Let’s get it over with,” Logan told Ricky. They headed out to the waiting area together and greeted Dave, the owner.
Dave followed Logan and Ricky out into the shop to where his car was waiting. They hadn’t stripped it down because of the extent of the work
