When she wakes up, she's all prepared to leave as she sips her glass of coffee. But suddenly there's a knock on her door. She opened the door, and surprised as she took in her unexpected guest. "Alaric. What are you doing here? How do you know this is my apartment?" Alaric- in his casual short sleeved light blue shirt with black pants- smiled. "When i drive you home from the ball, i waited until one of the window lit up before leaving, and by how late it is, i assume it must be you. So here i am," he explained before walking in, and looked around. A door by his right side which he assume as the toilet, and a few steps from the door, you'll directly see a small kitchen and table, with a bed on the edge of the room, and a mini work room on the other side. By the size of the house, he'd known that it won't be much spacious, but he also hadn't expected an studio apartment. So then he let his curousity take over as he asked, "You designed this?" "Wh- No, it's how it is when i-" she shook her head as if she had been distracted, and gave him a hard glance. "Why are you here?" He turned around to look at her and sighed, "you owe me a date, remember?" "Oh my gosh, this early for- i have work to do Alaric," she said, trying to hold her voice down so she doesn't sound like she's too frustrated- which she isn't. It's just too forced or rushed? But all thoughts went to banish as she hears him; "Well that's why I'm dressed like this," he grinned. She looked at him with suspicious. "And how exactly do you know?" He shook his shoulders as he exclaimed, "Who else i know who know of your schedule." 'Well yes, of course it's her Mr. Cupid father,' she thought deep down as she hold her sigh. "Now come on, pack your bags! We're getting late,"He pushed her to the closet and as she didn't do anything, he almost took the matter into his own hands to pack her stuffs. "Okay-okay, I'll pack," She finally said, pushing him away from the sight of her tiny wall closet with her flushed face, as Alaric chuckled. *** Thirty minutes later, after they passed the quiet car ride, Alaric is now standing in the corner of the pool, looking arond at the exterior design of the hotel they're at as Cassandra's now deep in conversation with the man in charge not far from where he currently stood- discussing the matter of this hotel as a shareholder, and that she's in charge with the management of the hotelier. Alaric has decided that's it's wiser to wait for her by the pool rather than following her around on her business like a lost puppy when he don't have the right to interfere . After he finished his cup of coffe, along with a sandwich. Casssandra returned, and somehow know of to find him inside of the cafe by the pool. "Sorry to keep you waiting," she apologised as she sat in front of him. "how's the meeting?" He asked as he offers her the book menu. "A few matters of upcoming VIP Guest, just a formal check at the area, the man did a great job at maintaining the place," Cassandra explained. Realising that she's only holding the menu book without even throwing a glance at it, Alaric made a move to talk to her, "its lunch time. Are you going to pick something out or should i order for you?" She shook her head, and explains, "I'd like to, but i got couple of arrangement to make. The guest will be checking in tomorrow, and she's bossy." Seeing her frown, Alaric's cheek rise to a smile. Nonetheless, he still clicked the call button and opened the menu in front of her, and point it so she take a look at it. "Honey, you're not going anywhere until you atleast have a bite of something." Wait, what did he calls her?
