For a moment, when she said she's going back to London, he'd thought that he'd just lost the chance of redemption. But as she later explained that she's moving, he'd tried so hard not to either sigh in relief, nor squeal because he's glad. That'd be pretty embarassing, and it'll certainly make a change in the atmosphere. After their dinner ends, he'd taken her back to the hotel so she could rest since it'd been a long day for her with all those preparation and meetings. By the morning, she must went back to the busy state before the guest checked in. But as he agrees to accompany her to London, she sends him off back so he could take care of whatever business he has on the state before their leave. So here he is the next afternoon, sitting on a meeting room of one of his subsidiaries, looking at his phone as he's waiting for the branch manager to come- which he tolerated for his short notice to held the meeting sooner. "FYI, I'm working. And you should be doing too!" Said the message. "I AM working," he sent the text, before continuing the sentence in another text. "Working my mind on you ;)" As he received her reply, he chuckled when he reads it. "Blocking you ^^" "I know you won't," he typed back, retreating the last two letters that consist of a star and two eyes before he tap the send button. He holds his smile as the door came to an open, he swithed his phone to mute and ignored whatever notification as he greets the man he'd been waiting for- and startedyheir meeting. There are couple of other business stops he purposely planned to take some time as interval- aso he got to stay on the states longer. But he won't mind going back to London sooner if he's going back with her. He's dissapointed at first, knowing if she moved away from her London loft, that means he won't got a chance to meet her. But he knows where she stays at. He could still fight for them, and visit her. And for the rest of the day, no matter how horrible the traffic is, and how's the meeting he has, he didn't feel tired as the beep-ing sound from his phone stopped, and replaced by a voice that had made his flat face turned into a smile. "Hey there, jobless billionaire," the femine voice greeted, that made him chuckle.
