The next morning I woke up to light snoring in my right ear. I opened my eyes slightly to see Chris's face inches away from mine and his arms were wrapped around me.
I got up as soon as realization struck me. I went straight to the washroom with my towel for taking a bath. After that when I opened the door he was up but still on the bed, lying lazily on it. He was looking so cute that I was urged to kiss him. But I controlled myself from doing so.
After we both dressed up we walked to the hall to join others. As soon as we were in the crowded hall Chris entangled his long fingers with mine. My eyes popped out and heart rate increased at his touch, but I kept calm.
We had only taken a few more steps when Steve came in with open arms and hugged me. Suddenly the touch and the feel of the long fingers were gone and I felt uncomfortable.
"Good morning, Elli "he greeted me and I smiled back in response.
"Would you guys mind if I join you? "He asked politely directing his questions towards Chris. I looked at Chris to see his jaw firmly pressed as if he was preventing himself from doing something. But he nodded a yes.
"Aah!! There she is!! Hi, Nicole " he yelled calling her. As soon as she heard him she came running and wrapped her hands around his arms. He smirked and looked back at me. Now I was getting it, he's getting jealous. His anger on seeing Steve, sudden coldness, yesterday's question. Everything started making sense.
So finally Mr Shirtless Show Off is jealous
