We Gather here today to remember the lives of those who were lost in Estrea's merciless attack 2 months ago. Today we mourn the deaths of some of this city's greatest officers many of which were killed in their valiant battle with the shades. We remember the lives of the innocent people whom Estrea focused his onslaught towards. Tonight, we wish the students of Ranland University that were killed in Kelvin's ambush good luck and safe travel into their next lives. I hope that the families of these great men and women can find peace moving forward and always remember that the affected will never forget and passed will never be forgotten.
