When Cam walked into the dining room, a maid came right up to her. “Good morning, señora. The family is on the terrace,” she said. “What would you like for breakfast? I’ll bring it out to you.” “Coffee will be fine,” Cam told her. “Milk and sugar?” “Whatever is normal here.” “Certainly, señora. Are you sure that’s all you want? No eggs or pastries?
