WILLOW I’m cleared by the doctors. Declared a picture of perfect health. The pain in my chest is gone. There are no scars left. It’s almost as if the attack never happened. If not for the nightmares I still suffer, I would easily have believed that it was something that stemmed from my imagination. Aside from the wolfsbane, the doctors were able to detect the other poisonous substance to be silver nitrate. Why it had taken so long to detect was because the poison had been masked with an ancient form of magic. The goal must have been for the poison to do as much damage as possible before the magic could be undone. Thankfully, Cary had hired the most skillful doctors that money could buy. They had managed to save my life and I’m grateful, most especially to Cary. I’m heading to campus
