Part 13 : Rage

Staying in this quiet place, bird are singing, the sounds of stream flowing and falling down the small pond makes my nerves calm. I heaved a sigh and shifted to my human form. I lift my hand and scoop a handful of water and splash it on my face, the cool temperature of the fresh water makes me calm even more.
I stood up in my feet and stretch them. I am not a weak woman, I am a strong Alpha of one of the strongest pack in the world. No one can break me. Not even a heart break. I muttered to myself. Aleck stay quiet in my head. I understand her, her mate have a pregnant woman. Yes, Her mate. Just her mate. Aleck whimper in my head.
"Our mate." She scowl at me.
"Nope. Your mate." I spat at her.
I was cut in my trance when a twig sounds break the silence, I heighten my senses and hearing a light footstep on the forest ground.
"Help." A low voice of a woman, to weak to be heard from a normal wolf, thanks to my Alpha senses. I can barely recognize her voice. Alicia!
I ran towards the direction of her footstep and her weak voice, followed by an heavy footsteps, when I came near her, A three rogues following her, I shifted in my wolf form and lunge to the wolf and shredding their neck, breaking their limb, leaving them dead in a matter of second.
I roam my head around the area, looking for Alicia. There I found her crawling down on the base of a tree. I run towards her but she cowards herself as if waiting for an attack. I hurriedly shifted in my human form and bring her to my arms.
"Sshh . Alicia, I'm here, it's me, Cailly." I hug her tightly, I felt her body calm and hug me back, she burst into tears. Sobbing in my shoulder.
"Cailly, S-sam. P-please S-save y-your b-brother. P-please Cai." She pleaded in me. I patted her back, drawing small circle at her back, soothingly.
"I will, I promise. I'll save Sam. I'll get him back to us." I pulled away of our hug. "Come, I'll take you back to the pack house." I gave her a calming smile.
We started to walk but in few step we take, she stumbled. I hurriedly link to Earl.
"Earl, meet in on the north-east boarder. Hurry up!" I cut the link not waiting for his response and carry Alicia's unconscious body that's leaning to me. Holding her firmly not letting her fall.
Earl came running in my direction, worriedly.
"Alpha! Is that Luna Alicia?" I nodded at her.
"Take her to the pack house and get the pack doctor!" I Ordered him.
"Yes, Alpha." He gets Alicia in my arms, lifting her bridal style.
"Go!" I yelled.
"Where are you going?" He asked, questioningly.
"I'm going to get Sam." I said flatly and took off running without waiting for his reaction.
"ALPHA!" he called out for me but I ignore him.
"Take care of Alicia, if anything happen to her, say goodbye to your life." I warned him thru our mind-link and continue to ran towards the direction where Alicia's scent, trailing her scent can lead me to wherever she came from and I will have my chance to save Sam. I learned that Jake and Sam's third are with them. I don't have a time to tell this with my fighters. I know I can save them. My wolf and I are enough to beat them all.
I am halfway there when someone tackled me. I lost my balance and stumble, rolling on the forest ground, I prepared myself to attack when I saw Calix restraining me.
"What the hell do you think your doing Cailly!" He yelled at me. I struggle to let go of his hold.
"I am saving my brother! And you can't stop me, Calix! No one can stop me, not Sam, not Ben and absolutely not you!" I shouted in his face, I dusted my pants and ready to ran again when he grab my wrist pulling me to closer to him.
"I won't let you put yourself in danger! We can make a plan and figure what are going to do. Not just running inside the teritory of full of rogues!" He said, yelling at me.
"I can protect myself! I don't need any help from anyone, from you!" I pushed him away but his hold is firmed and tight.
"Don't be a stubborn! You are obviously outnumbered! Why don't you just wait Alicia to wake up and let her say what she knows, what happened and who took them! Why don't you let the Calm Cailly that gets detail first before attacking?! Where is she!" He all said in a frustrated scream, he let go of my wrist and ran his hand to his hair.

"I can't let Sam stay there. I know who took them. I just want to save Sam. He's all I have now. I can't lose him. I don't want to lose my brother. Alicia needs her, I need her." I cried out, falls down to my knees, crying.
"We'll save your brother, we'll bring him back." He soothed me by drawing soothing circle to my back. I crawl closer to his chest and cried out loud. I maybe look like a young girl crying to her brothers chest.
I let the darkness consumed me and the sparks of electricty flowing to my whole body, Calix lift me to his arms, bridal style and run towards the pack house. The trees we passed are blur to my eyes.
"You have me, Cailly, I will always by your side, I always be yours. I won't leave you. I love you."
The last sentence I heard before I drifted into a peaceful sleep. He's scent, his voice, his body so close to mine.
"But what about Athena and her baby?"
I let out a one last sob and let the sleep consumed me.
"I'll deal with that later."
