Chapter 5 ~Chunin Exams: Part Three~

-THE DAY OF THE FINAL EXAM-

Oh my fudgin' unicorn!! Today is the day! It's time to shine bright! Nahh..... Just kidding. Anyway, I had a great time with the Sand Siblings! They were so fun to stay with! Especially because of their different attitudes!! Hahhaha!

Ohh! Gaara had been training me, too! Some taijutsu and ninjutsu. Meh. Nevermind that. Much more important is that..... I have to know how to defeat that Kurri guy. No. Kari? Nope. Maybe Kirra! Yeah. Kirra :3

I sighed and looked around. Actually, I am already here in the..... Stadium? Pssh! I'm here in the place where the final test will be held! The proctor said blah blah blah. I zoned out. I don't want to listen! It's boooooring!

"First! Naruto Uzumaki vs. Neji Hyuga!" I noticed all of the Genins sit, and of course, I decided to do the same. I would like to take a nap while Naruto fights, but I think that it will be much cooler and more awesome if I watch his match with Neji in real life and in person! Soo......

-MINUTES LATER-

After the fight, I literally jumped over the railings, jumping down below, and hugged Naruto.

"That was so cool, big brother!!! Congratulations!!" I cheered while giving him one of my bone-crushing hugs.

"Ack! Sis.... Can't..... Breathe!" I giggled, and let go of him.

"But brother, seriously! That was totally awesome!" He grinned, and we did a high-five.

"Of course! What do you expect from the next Hokage?" I laughed at that, but my laughter immediately died when.....

"Next! Rinn vs. Kirru Tayakimmo!"

Ohh! It's Kirru! Not Kurri or Kari or Kirra :3

"Goodluck, sis!" Naruto said while patting my back.

"You can do it!"

"Of course! What do you expect from the awesome sister you have?" I exclaimed, and laughed. He sat, along with the others, and I came face-to-face with that Kirru guy.

Well, not actually face-to-face. Just..... Nevermind.

"Are both of you ready?" The proctor asked with a cough. Boy! He seriously needs to be healed! That illness of him will ju- Ack! I fell on the ground because that fudge kicked me on the stomach.... Hard!! What the heck?! Don't you have any consideration?! Didn't you see that I was still busy thinking of something?!! Fudge you!

"Pay attention." He said calmly. I didn't notice that the match had already begun. Nahh. I looked at him and stared. He has this dark black hair and bright red eyes. It's actually kinda' scary! Wait. He looks like the same man in my dreams..... But younger. The fudge?

He kicked me again, and this time, I coughed up blood. Eew.

"Rinn!" I heard Naruto's worried shout.

"Did the match start already?" I asked, more like whined. I mean, give me some consideration please!! I'm just a poor innocent kid!

"Yes." The fudge answered shortly. He's annoying.

"Okay then!! Stop kicking me, alright?!Let me get ready first!" I yelled while summoning my ice sword. This thing is useful! Anyway, I attacked him, but he just blocked and blocked.

"Blocking won't do any good, Nightmare Moon." He seemed pissed off at my nickname for him, or should I say insult. I mean, Nightmare Moon is one of the characters from the cartoon series My Little Pony!! Oh my gosh! I love that~! Hahahahha! But obviously, he wouldn't know that :3

Back to reality. I decided to speed up a little, and this time, I managed to s***h him slightly on the stomach. He jumped backwards while holding his injury. He did some unfamiliar handsigns, and soon, my vision turned black, but it returned back to normal in a second. Was that merely a distraction? Fudge you, Nightmare Moon!

I was confused by that, but decided to shrug it off. After our taijutsu battle, I decided to end this pathetic and nonsense fight.

"Sand Coffin!" I shouted, and sand immediately covered his body except his face. He is still grinning. Argh! Can't he see that his life is already in my hands!? He's seriously pissing me off! That stupid grin is mocking me!! His blank face as well!

But hey! I earned many gasps when I did that. I'm just like Gaara. Meh. It doesn't matter!

I started to slowly close my palm, but when it was nearly close.... I stopped. I can't move! Why can't I close my palm and kill him instantly??? I just..... Froze.

My eyes widened when he disappeared and reappeared beside the sand coffin I made. My head suddenly started to hurt. I screamed in pain as I saw him walking towards me. I held my head and fell on my knees. Argh! What is this?! And how on earth did he manage to simply teleport from my sand's grip?!!

He gave me a devious smile, and whispered something in my ear.

"Remember me, Rinn." What does he mean by that? And the fudge? Who the heck is he to say such things to me?! I mean, are we close?!! I don't even want to become acquainted with him!

"It's nice to see you in person. I'm the man from your dreams, remember?" He said, smirking. Yeah, right.

Then, I remembered...... And those memories crashed on me like a huge wave.

I remembered my best friend.

I remembered him......

The man who wanted to kill me.

I am paralyzed. Frozen. I can't move! I'm seriously getting scared right now. What can I do if I literally can't move even a single hand?! Fudge! My concentration is breaking down!! I can't even think straight! What will I do now?!

I saw him get a sword. Hey! That appeared out of nowhere!!

He pointed it at my neck. Uh oh.

"Die." I remember that word. The word he always says to me in my dreams. I heard someone say....

"Face your fears, Rinn."

Where did that came from?

"Die!!!" He yelled, and was about to cut my neck with the sword.

My hand unexpectedly moved on its own, and before I even know it, my sword blocked his.

"You die." I whispered in his ear.

I used so much force that his sword went flying backwards, and I pointed my sword at his neck, just like what he did to me.

"Forfeit or else it will be the end of you." I said menacingly. Oh come on! I'm trying to act all mighty and intimidating in here!! Just go along with me!

To my dismay, he just laughed, and moved the tip of my sword from his neck using his finger.

"You don't scare me, darling." He said mockingly, and that made me mad. Fudge you!!

I did a handsign, and yelled Ice Crystals. Large and sharp ice crystals came out of the ground, surprising him a little.

It continued until my surroundings were filled with sharp ice crystals. He got a few cuts from it, and some were deep. I coughed up.... Blood? I ignored it though, and continued to attack him with different kinds of techniques.

-MINUTES LATER-

He passed out from blood loss. Ha! I defeated him! I got a bad cut on my stomach though. It's very deep, but it doesn't hurt me. My smile faded when I coughed up blood again. My vision started to blur, and I saw Naruto, along with Team 7, running towards me.

That's when I passed out.

Naruto's POV

"Rinn!! Kakashi-sensei, what are we going to do?!" I asked, panicking. It wasn't supposed to end like this! I was waiting for her Brother! I did it! But what? In reality, she is here in front of me..... Lying on the ground like a bloody mess.

Kakashi-sensei just pointed a finger at the medical ninjas who are running towards us.

-MINUTES LATER-

I am walking back and forth here, outside of Rinn's hospital room, or whatever you call that.

"Naruto, stop doing that. She is fine. Don't worry about it anymore." Sakura-chan said.

"How can you be so sure???" I asked.

She just shrugged her shoulders, and looked around. Suddenly, a nurse came out of the room.

"How is she?! Is she alright?!" I asked, more like yelled, at her.

"She is fine, and is in a stable condition. It's just her deep wound on the stomach, but it will surely heal soon. She is sleeping at the time being, but you can go and check her inside." She said.

The nurse walked passed me afterwards, and I ran towards Rinn, slamming the door close on the way. She seems fine, but she is so pale! I mean, very very pale! It's like she is a ghost or something.

"Rinn...." I called out using a soft voice while stroking her smooth face.

"N-Naruto....?" I heard someone say, but it was very faint and very soft. I realized that my face is already wet, and when I opened my eyes, I saw her looking at me.

"Rinn! You're awake!" I exclaimed, and hugged her, careful not to touch her wound.

"N-Naruto, I don't want to stay here anymore. I-I hate hospitals." She mumbled weakly. I shushed her, and said....

"No, Rinn. Stay here and rest. Don't worry, I will not leave you." I gave her a reassuring smile, and she closed her eyes, sleeping again.

Rinn's POV

-MINUTES LATER-

Snore. Snore. Snore. I opened my eyes, just to see a sleeping Naruto beside me. I smiled. He is so cute! Kawaii! Anyway, I'm feeling so much better now! And wait, I'm wearing a hospital gown!? Oh my fudge!!

I carefully slipped out of the bed, removing the thing from the back of my hand. I teleported to Kankuro's room, and borrowed the usual suit I use. I immediately changed my clothes, and teleported back to the stadium or arena or whatever.

Hoo! I saw that it's only Shikamaru and Temari's fight! It means Sasuke hasn't arrived yet! I also saw Gaara in the corner of my eyes, and without any hesitation, I ran towards him.

"Gaara-chan...." I said while panting. That's odd. Why am I getting tired so easily?

"Rinn, what happened to your match?" He asked me, not taking his eyes off Shikamaru and Temari's fight.

"T-That boy I fought named Kirru.... He is very familiar to me, and he's seriously from my dreams....." This time, he stared at me, and gave me a confused look.

"Nahh.... Nevermind that. I'm fine now. What matters most is your match with Sasuke Uchiha." He stiffened when I said DBH's name, but it was barely noticable. I know that the Sand are going to..... You know :3

I noticed Sasuke and Kakashi-sensei already there in the middle with a cooool and awesome pose (note the sarcasm).

"Sasuke! Kakashi-sensei!" I yelled while running towards them.

I practically tackled them on the ground, and just grinned, still hugging them both.

"Rinn, nice to see you again." The copy-cat ninja said, boredly.

"Rinn...." Sasuke just said my name. Ugh. What's wrong with him?

"Goodluck, Sasuke! I know you can do it!" I said while standing up. I offered my hand to the both of them, and they gladly accepted it. I sat back down, and watched the fight. I kinda' zoned out and....

"Ahhh!! My blood!!! It's my blood!!!" Gaara yelled, and I looked back at the match. His siblings helped him, and they went out in the forest for him to recover. Sasuke followed. That's when I noticed Kabuto's genjutsu! I don't know why it didn't put me to sleep though. I'm awesome!! Wait. The Hokage! I must save him!

But there is no time! Gaara or the Hokage? Both! I summoned one of my blood clones, who was just roaming around town like always. She nodded, understanding me. I ran after Sasuke.

"W-Wait!" I yelled, panting.

And of course, he ignored me. I screamed, and ran faster. I can do this! I increased my speed even more. My stomach started to hurt. Sasuke's back is facing me, and I'm almost near him! Only a little more.....!!

Speed up! I screamed once again, and ran even faster. I saw Kankuro and Shino. Nahh.... I don't care. That's when I saw Sasuke catch up to Gaara, and their match continued. I just watched, unable to move.

"S-Sasuke! G-Gaara-chan!" I tried to shout, but failed. I coughed up blood, and saw that my wound on my stomach is bleeding again. Man. Such a pain in the fudge. I saw Sakura getting in the way, and she was pushed roughly by Gaara.

Naruto then, grabbed Sasuke, and Gaara said that if Naruto win a fight against him, he will set Sakura free. I know that this will go well so I just watched..... Kinda' zoned out.

-MINUTES LATER-

Naruto and Gaara are now lying on the ground with their foreheads bleeding. I ran towards them. I coughed up blood again and again and again.... But I ignored it, and I healed the both of them. I placed my hand above their foreheads, and green light glowed from it.

"H-Heal....." I said weakly.

"Rinn, what are you doing?" Naruto asked me. He's so exhausted!

"S-Stay put...." I said while coughing. Gaara just stared at me, and I gave him a warm smile.

"Me and Naruto are here for you, Gaara, so don't think that no one loves you nor cares for you. Both of us do. Your siblings do. You just didn't notice it before because you are only thinking about yourself and.... And don't think that your only reason to live is to kill people. That is wrong. Totally wrong...."

He was taken aback by my words, but I shrugged, and soon, the green light disappeared, and was replaced by a sky blue light.

"Transfer...." I said, and then, I can feel my chakra slowly getting removed and transferred. Okay. I'm getting drained.

I started to pant a bit.

"Rinn, stop this....." Naruto said worriedly. He looks like he had never been on a fight, so as Gaara. My vision started to get blurry, and I can feel the blood going up my throat and pouring out of my mouth.

"No, Rinn. Stop this....!!"

"Stop this!!!!"

And then, I blacked out.

What's with me passing out?

Gaara's POV

I just stared at Rinn, who is lying on the ground, unconscious. I'm feeling so much better, and my wounds are healed, thanks to her. I still can't believe what she said awhile ago. Naruto and her..... Love me? They care for me? My siblings, too?

"Rinn!!! Wake up!!!" Naruto yelled, shaking her. I looked behind me, just to see my brother and sister. I don't care about the plan anymore. I want to stay here with her, but eventually I need to go back...... Back to Suna.
