Sleep refused to come.
I must have rolled from one side of the bed to the other at least twenty times, yet my mind refused to slow down. Every time I shut my eyes, another scene from today replayed itself.
Everything had happened so ridiculously fast that my brain hadn't even gotten the chance to process one disaster before another came crashing into it.
I let out a frustrated groan and buried my face in my pillow. "God..."
