I took a deep breath and answered the call.
"Hello, who is this?" I asked feigning ignorance.
"Hey, Kaia.. it's Williams.."
"Oh.. how are you?"
"Good.. I'll be coming over to your office tomorrow. I have something very important to discuss with you."
My curiosity piqued.
"Why can't we just talk now?" I asked curiously.
"It isn't something that can be spoken about over the phone." he replied
"Oh! alright then. Is there anything else?" I asked.
"No.. good night."
He said and hanged up. My mind became a rollercoaster of thoughts.
Different imaginations raced through it. Each one worse than the former.
"Gosh!! What does he have to say? Why can't he just say it now???" I groaned, muttering to myself in annoyance while rolling on my bed.
