Nicole’s POV I rubbed my arm repeatedly as the cold threatened to freeze my ass off. It was difficult to concentrate on what Nathan was saying when I could see my breathe in the cold night air. “Nathan please,” I said weakly. “Leave.” I was too cold and too tired to explain. I could feel the cold seeping through my bones. I could not fight Nathan on this at least not tonight. I turned around and walked back to my car. I will try again in the morning.
