Nathan’s POV
I arched my brow not exactly sure of what was going on. I glanced at Nicole and she seemed worried and the blank look on Luca’s face made me worry.
“What is going on?” I finally asked.
Nicole just took my hand. “Just listen to him first please,” she said. “I will leave you two to talk,” she said and then proceeded to leave the room. My gaze returned back to Luca.
“Luca what is going on?” I repeated.
Luca cleared his throat. “I wanted to tell you something that evening you were supposed to mate Alexandra, do you remember?” he asked, his voice low and uncertain.
How could I forget? He had been acting weird that evening, and he almost told me what was wrong until Alexandra came into the room and he immediately changed his mind.
