Lilly's POV

We walked out of the office heading to the parking lot. "Where are you going?" my mate asked me as I was walking to my truck. "I am going to my truck to follow my parents to wherever they want to talk at. Why do you ask if I thought we were all going?"

" We are dear. I think my son thought you were going to ride with us, due to y'all being mates," Luna Elena said. "O I am sorry I did't think of that, but I don't want to leave my truck here with me being at school. If you would like, you could ride with me in my truck so we could talk." I said, looking at Gio. "I hope he says yes, I would love to be alone with him."Bella chimed in. He looks at his father to make sure that he wants to start trouble, then answers, "I would like that." "OK". We got in to my truck and pulled off.

" Just want you to know that I never used to want a mate due to how weak it is, and Alpha, but I do want to try and make this work. Can I ask you how or why I should say you know so much about my family," he asked me, never even looking my way.

"Well, Giovanni" "Call me Gio please?" "Well, Gio, my father made it part of our learning after school to learn about the other Alphas of the world so that when we meet them we are not caught off guard. And when I was learning about your parents I saw a picture of you and wanted to know more about you, so I did my research on you." I said, being very bold.

"I like this bold side of you, Lilly," Bella said. I wished I knew where the boldness was coming from because I am not bold at all. "Its being by our mate's sissy ass." Bella answered the thought. She can be a very big smart ass when she wants.

"What did you find in your research on me?"

"Well, you have just turned 18, you are the only son of the Alpha and Luna of the Coldmoon, you are known for having many one-night stands with humans and wolves, you are at the top of your class at your old school." Was the answer that I gave him. I looked over long enough to see that my statement got to him. We are getting close to my dad and brother's office.

Gio's POV

"I told you that all that playing around that you were doing was going to come back to bite you in the ass and look at it. Our mate knows that you have had many one-night stands. If she leaves us or worse rejects us, I will make your life a living hell!" Stephan screamed in my mind. A man having a wolf in his head all the time can get on my damn nerves. "I will fix it. My nerves will not go anywhere," "You better!!" he said as he put a block up to me.

"Have you never had s*x?" I asked her, wondering how big of a mistake I had made. "No, I have never had s*x, my mother said that I needed to wait for my mate. Are you mad that I am a virgin?" She asked as we pulled in and parked. "Lilly wait!" I placed my hand on her arm and she pulled the door shut again.

"No, Lilly, I am not mad. If you choose to stay with me and not reject me for my past, I promise that I will make it up to you over and over again. I am sorry that I didn't do the same thing and wait for you the way you did for me." as I poured out everything in me, I could see the tears in her eyes slide down her face. She had the biggest brown eyes I have ever seen and all I wanted to do was see those eyes for the rest of my life. "I am not going anywhere, if you want me I am yours."

At that moment, I never wanted to get out of her truck, but her dad had other ideas. We got out and went in to the room, " This room is sound proof so no one can hear what is being said in here." Alpha Refeal said, " So can someone please tell me why everyone is acting like us being mates is a bad thing that no one can know about?" Lilly asked all while looking at anyone but me.

"Here is the thing sis, in this room right now are the 2 most powerful and richest packs in the USA. With us being from all two different backgrounds, people may think that we are trying to make a power play. We need to figure out what to do. Do we have y'all reject each other and hope that the moongoddess finds y'all second chance mates," before Alpha Refeal could finish, I lost control of my wolf. "WE WILL NOT BE REJECTING EACH!!!! WE WILL BE TOGETHER RATHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!!!!!"

I felt the shock all over my arms, telling me that Lilly was trying to calm me down. I turned and, grabbing her, pulled her close, breathing in her scent. "I am not going anywhere, remember I told you this already. We are mates. No one but us can change that." She whispers in my ear, making a shiver run through my back.

" That's right, son, no one is rejecting anyone. Why don't we say what the problem really is? You'all are scared that all the pack will look down on y'all for her being with an Italian and not a Cuban!" my father yelled at them. "Honey yelling, wont help," my mother said.

"No, that's not it. I promise we will welcome him into our family.", his mother said to all of us. "NO, the problem is me leaving the pack. They never want to see me as anything but a baby. I am going with my mate."Lilly said as she stood to leave. She left shocked looks on everyone's faces and a smile on my face. "Where are you going?" my father asked her.

"I am going to pack my stuff if you still want me." this time she was looking at me. "Yes " was all I could say. "Good then can you send me your address and I will come there after I am done." Lilly, on holding out her phone for me to put on number in it. "Do you want help?" I asked her "If you would like."

" OK let go." and we walked out, leaving them behind..........
