Taka: ProtectorSaturday morning, Miho’s parents returned her cell phone and ended her being grounded. To our surprise, she told them about our trip to Osaka to check out universities. Even more surprising to me was that they let us go, though they insisted she stay in a separate room at the hotel. I was tempted to cancel our reservation and have all three of us stay in her room, but Miho asked if it would be okay if we respected their wishes, at least in that regard.
So we kept our reservation, but I did call and have our room switched so we’d be side by side. With Shinji’s arm still in a cast and his ribs still busted, it probably was better to not try to put all three of us in a bed, even a king-sized one.
