Erin

I woke up the next morning feeling a type of way. I didn't get much sleep last night, wondering where my husband was at all night. I felt somewhat upset because I called l his phone at least three times not one time had he answered. Then comes August strolling through the front door of our house about 3:00 p.m. as if to not have a care in the world. I was standing with my hands on my hips when he opened the front door. I followed August into another room of the house as he walked to fix himself a drink as if nothing was wrong. Proceeding without so as a care in the world giving me not one explanation as to where he'd been all night and most of the day. "Where the f**k have you been all day August?" "I've called you at least 3 to 5 times wondering and hoping that you were Ok." "Well as you can see Erin, I'm okay." "It's just work related things I'm dealing with right now at work you have nothing to be worried about. August just walked up to me kissing my lips so gently leaving my ass feeling confused about whatever I wanted to say. August opened my house robe pulled my panties off and started dicking me down right against the back of the couch while softly biting the back of my neck and licking my earlobe. I didn't realize how I had wanted that to happen and needed it to happen. Then someone rung the doorbell I attempted to stop but August said f**k the door and so I didn't bother. However our Little visitor wouldn't take the hint and just leave. August had no intention of stopping and didn't stop until his warm love juice was oozed out on my back and between my thighs. I fixed my clothes and walked to the front door it was my best friend Raven. Raven had come bearing gifts she had dinner and wine with her I let Raven inside then I took a second to go freshen up with a shower. Then two of us set the table together and it felt like old times our old college days. Dinner was wonderful however, August was exceptionally quiet throughout our entire dinner. He excused himself early going to his study to work I didn't mind because I was so sexually satisfied having that good loving feeling all over me. I just felt so proud how dedicated my husband was to supporting his family. Raven helped me with clearing the table washing dishes taking out the trash everything. I honestly missed my bestie. It just reminded me how wonderful our friendship was and how special Raven friendship to me. The both of us retired to the den I drank wine while Raven just chatted me up having me cracking my side with laughter. August joined us sitting next to me on our couch wrapping his arms around me, landing soft kisses on my cheeks and neck. August always made me feel extra special no matter what or who were around. I could tell August didn't really care for Raven the way he looked at her with disgust in his eyes. I couldn't help notice how everytime Raven started a conversation August would interrupt. Then he was a ass about it just changing the subject as if she weren't even speaking. August decided he was going to go have a drink at the bar with a coworker not long after his suggestion Raven decided it was time for her to call it a night as well. August had already left the house about ten to fifteen minutes later my bestie was tired and so was I. We kissed each other goodbye promised we'd call each tomorrow. I told Raven to call me soon as she get in so I can know she made it there safely she nodded her head as she walked to her car. I walked upstairs to my bedroom to get ready for a bath. As I gathered my things for my shower oh just so happened looked out the window. I didn't know August had returned and I didn't know Raven hadn't left they were in the driveway seeming to be arguing. in my mind I couldn't imagine what my husband and best friend could even be talking about he never said much to her at any point. l made my way back downstairs to the front door. August was walking in with his key locking the door behind him he never even mentioned standing in the driveway talking to Raven. "I saw you out the window what were you and Raven talking about?" He just stared at me with a puzzled expression on his face. August just smiled at me then kissed my forehead walking past me as if I had just said nothing. Once we laid down for bed I really couldn't let it go because I wanted to know why did August and Raven look like they were arguing in the driveway. "I laid in August arms on his chest not wanting to change the mood but I believe he just didn't like her and had no reason. "Babe I know that you don't like Raven but, she really is my very best friend and I really would like the two of you to get along." "Babe right back at cha but with all due respect, I don't give a f**k about that hoe". "August honey don't say something like that Raven's a good girl, just try to give her a chance okay." "Yeah I can do that for you Erin, if it's that important that I like your girlfriend." "I'll at least give her a chance to prove me right." "Babe, she doesn't have anyone right now, her boyfriend is acting out so I just want to be here for Raven." "Yeah, well babe I need you to worry about your man like that". "I just wish Raven could have a man as wonderful as you are to me August." August didn't respond he just kissed my forehead rolled over then went to sleep. The following morning when I woke up to my surprise after washing my face brushing my teeth and hair I went downstairs to find Raven in the kitchen cooking breakfast. honestly I were somewhat taken back but it was a nice surprise. What was really nice to see my husband August was still home and he were sitting at our island bar drinking a hot cup of coffee. The two of them seemingly to be getting along and I so wanted that because August really never dealt with any of my friends before so it was more than important that Raven and he get along. "Well this is a pleasant surprise to see you two getting along talking to one another." "Yeah,it is nice to be part of your family Erin I really do love it here." "It's nothing like that cold hotel suite but honestly I'm managing to make it work." "Raven your more than welcome to come back, I don't even understand why you ever left" "No honey Raven is fine where she is I prefer my privacy and I don't wanna see someone everyday I get off work." "I really hope Raven that you work your situation out with your boyfriend but you living here is not a good idea to me." I didn't say anything because I believed in respecting my husband opinion and besides he is the man of the house and I wouldn't go against how he felt. "Well thank you so much August for your concern but I don't need it anyways Erin girl, I'm going to get going I have alot I need to take care of today." "Besides, August is right I need to have a talk with my boyfriend since we really haven't when he drops by all we do is f**k!" "Girl, you didn't tell me things were working out between you and Wallace." "Yeah Erin, oh and Wallace too". "Raven you can be so funny, what does that even mean?" "Is there something else you didn't tell me about because you never mentioned who the baby's father is just that it wasn't Wallace." "Erin we'll have our chance to talk but right now I need to go, I hope you like the breakfast maybe we can do lunch depending on how my day go." "I'll call you later. Raven got up from her chair kissed my cheek leaving without so much as a goodbye to August. I could tell he wasn't fazed the way he picked up his coffee cup hunched his shoulders took a sip then proceeded to finish his morning paper read.
