Logan’s point of view
Whoever was that, that came here yesterday with Myra’s face was either a shapeshifter or had a spell on. I’m sure it was to trick me. But why? And who could that be?
I haven’t gotten that familiar with anybody here, not even the maids or men under my control so I’m sure none knew I’m a nomad at the palace or for the Alpha. I kept a blank slate of work between us, nothing else and more.
The only person I could think of however, was no other than the Alpha King. What if he’s trying to lure me out of hiding with the stunt?
He could have expected me to fall for the trap, to get seduced by Myra’s clone so she could harm me and abduct me for him.
