What Is Happening?

Yairi POV

"YAIRI, YANIN!" a woman screams freezing me in my spot.

I look toward the table and I can't believe my eyes there's no way I'm awake right now.

"AUNT MICHELLE," we both yell.

Shock written on our faces I run towards her pushing people and chairs out of the way. Not even realizing Yanin is right beside me. As soon as we are in her arms I break down crying. She has Yanin and I both kissing our heads and crying with us.

"I thought I lost you" she kept saying and kissing us.

I don't want to let go, I don't want this moment to end, and I don't want this to be a dream.

"Your stones are glowing" she finally gets a chance to look at us.

"Yeah, mine started yesterday at graduation" I say.

"Mine was about 20 minutes ago in our room" Yanin replies. Looking down at hers smiling, admiring her blue pendant.

We were so caught up in crying, yelling, and chatting we forgot about William. I nudged Yanin getting her attention and pointing toward him still standing by the door. She goes to him and I can see them talking.

"I met my wolf last night" I say shyly.

"YOU DID, WHAT'S HER NAME" my aunt asked.

"Her name is Phoenix" I smile proudly. I love my wolf and I can feel her excitement she's proud to have me to.

"I haven't told Yanin yet" I tell her.

"Why not" she asks me.

"I don't know I feel like she will think I'm crazy" I chuckle the last part. "But Phoenix did say tonight was a big night for us. So I can let her know then just don't say anything please."

"My lips are sealed little wolf" she smiles back at me. "I think I might know what's happening. So eat really good and go back to your room and rest. William has talked non-stop about his mate..." she stops. Looking toward William and Yanin her eyes go wide but it's not fear. I see adoration and love something I can't yet decipher.

"Only the two combined can save us" she whispers more to herself. Why did that sentence sound so familiar.

Yanin POV

"YAIRI, YANIN" I hear her scream. I look where William is pointing.

"AUNT MICHELLE," we both scream.

Yairi takes off running and I'm two steps behind trampling everyone and everything in the way. We slam into her arms and I instantly start crying. Feeling this weight I had been holding lift off me as I'm in her embrace.

"I thought I lost you" she keeps saying and kissing our heads.

"Your stones are glowing" she gets out through tears.

"Yeah, mine started yesterday at graduation" Yairi tells her. It seriously hasn't even been 24 hours that we have been out here I thought. Less than a day that our lives have been turned around.

"Mine was about 20 minutes ago in our room" I say. I smile down thinking about how I was so disappointed yesterday that mine didn't glow. Yairi nudges my arm getting my attention I look up at her and she points at William. He is still standing by the door with his mouth slightly open. A look of confusion on his face and it hits me.

He's dating my aunt and wanted to try to talk to me. There is no way in hell this is ok so I walk toward him. Game on asshole.

"Is this some kind of game to you," I ask him. He still looks confused which just adds fuel to the fire.

"I asked you a question you think just because you are this gorgeous. You can just come in and two time my aunt with me. How dare you? See I knew there was something wrong and you were trying to hide her. Calling her your friend and what not. Well listen here bud I'm walking straight to my aunt and telling her about this." I say to him through clenched teeth. My body so cold it feels like it's burning. He smiles at me then he laughs not just a chuckle but full on gut wrenching laughs.

"Why are you laughing this isn't funny" I say getting angrier.

"She's my boss's wife" he gets out wiping his tears from laughing so hard. "I am practically her body guard even though she can throw me around like a rag doll."

Oh my goodness I feel my face burn red with embarrassment. How could I just go off without asking. He's even laughing at me, but they slept in the same room I saw him come out of her room last night.

"I put her in her room last night because she fell asleep in the lobby. I slept in my truck after you went to your room" he says almost as if he read my mind.

"I...am....so....sorry" I say without making eye contact. Why am I like this with him normally I would just walk away without batting an eye.

"It's ok, let go eat you still owe me a breakfast date" he laughs out.

"I thought you said I wouldn't owe you anything for the room" I say shocked.

"I did but you have to make it up to me for you and your sister yelling at me" he smiles. Yairi yelled at him for what I wonder.

"Yeah, yeah let's go then I'm starving" I say taking his hand.

William POV

Last night was amazing I carried Michelle into her room. I let her know I would stand guard all night and nothing would stop me. She stops me before leaving the room.

"William are you ok" she asked.

"Actually I'm great I just found my mate" I answered. She shoots up in the bed looking at me excited.

"Well, where is she? What is her name?" she asked.

"I honestly don't know I told her mine but she said her name is nobody" I laugh. "But I did get her to agree to breakfast with me."

"That's wonderful William I'm happy for you. I hope you don't mind I join you and meet the lucky girl" she says.

"Of course, you know I need your approval" I say sarcastically. She rolls her eyes and pulls her blanket over her head. I walk out of my room and meet her in the hallway. After about an hour of staring and awkward silence she said she was ready for bed.

I spent the whole night looking at that room door. She let me hug her before she went to her room and I didn't want to let go. I also didn't want to be a creep and hold on longer. I didn't tell her what Theo said though.

It's 7:30am and she walks out and heads toward the Jeep. She starts pulling out luggage when I run behind her.

"Good morning nobody, are we still having breakfast" I say startling her making her jump.

She turns around glaring daggers at me her red eyes shining.

"I'm sorry I thought you were your sister" I get out a little scared not going to lie.

"I don't think calling her a nobody is any way to talk to any woman" she spits out.

"I'm sorry let me explain. I'm William I met your sister last night and she told me her name is nobody" I tell her. She eyes me up and down before speaking again.

"You are having breakfast with my sister?" she asks.

"Well I offered her a room if she would have breakfast with me. She said she would but only if she could help me fix my friends car" I say pointing at Michelle's Jeep.

"I will wake her up then" she quickly turns and hurries up the stairs to their room. After about 20 minutes I walk up to their door. Just as I'm about to knock she opens the door. She's right there blue and purple consuming me in a instant.

"GG-Good morning" she stutters.

"Good morning" I smile at her.

"Ok love birds. Us. Food. Now. Thank You." Yairi says.

"I hope you don't mind if my friend joins us for breakfast" I tell them. I see her tense up but her sister is already gone. Giving her no time to retreat and for that I'm thankful.

"No that's fine, let's just get going" Yairi says.

"Hey where did you guys get your moonstones?" I finally ask. Michelle always wears one and it looks like hers just hers is purple.

"I only know one person who has a moonstone, but hers is purple" I say trying to make small talk. I look at her and it looks like she wants to run. She's scared of something and the look she has she wants to run for her life.

"Hey my friend is here already" I say pointing toward Michelle. Out of no where Michelle just screams.

"YAIRI, YANIN" she yells out.

"AUNT MICHELLE" they both scream. Taking off running and crying when they reach her.

"What is happening" I say to myself. standing there with my mouth open.

What is f*****g happening?

She comes walking my way her eyes kind of mad but not fully and she goes for it.

"Is this some kind of game for you?" she asks me but I'm so confused.

"I asked you a question you think just because you are this gorgeous. You can just come in and two time my aunt with me. How dare you? See I knew there was something wrong and you were trying to hide her. Calling her your friend and what not. Well listen here bud I'm walking straight to my aunt and telling her about this." she is fuming at this point.

I think she's cute mad and I laugh an uncontrollable laugh. My abs are getting the work out of a lifetime here, tears and all. Plus she thinks I'm gorgeous she literally thinks me of all people. I feel Theo roll his eyes annoyed with me.

"We are bears quit acting like a puppy" he gets out before I shove him back.

"Why are you laughing this isn't funny" she tells me clearly getting madder by the minute.

"She's my boss's wife" I tell her wiping tears from laughing.

"I'm practically her body guard even though she can throw me around like a rag doll" I finish telling her holding on to a laugh. "I put her in her room last night because she fell asleep in the lobby. I slept in my truck after you went to your room."

"I...am....so....sorry" she tells me without making eye contact. Please don't hide those eyes from me I think to myself. I just want to tilt her chin up to me.

"It's ok, let go eat you still owe me a breakfast date" I laugh out.

"I thought you said I wouldn't owe you anything for the room" she says shocked.

"I did but you have to make it up to me for you and your sister yelling at me" I say.

"Yeah, yeah let's go then I'm starving" she says taking my hand. Holy s**t I'm totally fan girling right now she has my hand. I look toward Michelle and she gives me a slight nod of approval. I am not letting this girl go ever.
